At the beginning of the episode, Neela shouts for Kerry. She asks her to come. Imlie changes her look to Kerry and comes to Neela. Neela says that servants should do household work but she is missing all the time. Neela asks Kerry to pamper her leg. Imlie thinks that she has to go to meet Madhav anyhow. Neela says that she has to do it for one hour. Imlie thinks to go and said that she has an emergency. Preeta comes and is Worried about her selfie. She says that she did everything to her photo but her followers is not increased by one. Imlie gives her an idea and asks her to do something different. She asks her to pamper Neela’s leg and post it on social media. Imlie leaves for the hospital.
Jyoti is going to the hospital Where Imlie is also going to the hospital. Imlie sees Aryan’s car and gets in the car. Aryan also sits in the car. Imlie starts doing drama and asks him to take the bus. Aryan says that he can’t take the bus. Imlie makes fun of him. Imlie says that she has to go fast otherwise the fresh vegetables get finished. Imlie says that he teaches her driving. Imlie says that she teaches Kerry to drive. Aryan says that he can give everything to Imlie. Imlie fools Aryan and drives the car.
Aryan shouts for Imlie. Sundar is removing her bandages but Aryan comes. He sleeps under the blanket. Arpita comes and saves Sundar. Sundar says how did she come to know about this. Arpita says that she doubted him that day but she Knows that Imlie’s team will win. Arpita says that she is with them.
Imlie comes to the hospital and goes to meet Madhav but the receptionist says that only Imlie can meet Madhav. They catch Kerry and ask her not to go anywhere otherwise Imlie will come. Imlie tries to make them understand but they didn’t listen to her.
Harry brings Jyoti to the hospital and prays to God that he cannot take anyone’s life. He leaves from there. He asks the watchman to take care of Jyoti. Imlie tries to make security guards understand that she is Imlie. She ask him to give him one rupee coin and said that it has two sides but the coin is one. They didn’t understand.
Jyoti regains consciousness and sees Madhav. She thinks to kill Madhav. She says that only Harry can do this . She asks about Harry but the doctor says that he found her alone. Jyoti says that she will not spare Harry. Jyoti thinks to kill Madhav. Imlie prays for Madhav.
