In the beginning of the episode, Imlie comes to the hall. Aditya says it’s great she is here now as he needs help from her. Aditya says to Imlie while she was leaving that he wants her to teach him and Malini how to pose for the camera as a couple as she and Aryan were quite cozy. She reaches up to Aryan and looks him in the eyes and gets motivated to face him, she then returns to Aditya and shows him how to pose. She puts his hand around Malini’s waist and says to him that this pose is better as before it felt like two friends, not lovers. She then tells the cameraman from which angle to click the picture.
The family feels happy that Imlie is standing up to Aditya and not just suffering. Aditya and Malini continue the photoshoot to make Imlie jealous. He says he also has a pose in his mind, and gets down on his knees and takes Malini’s hand. Aryan stops him and says to his team that it’s a wrap for the day. Anu says to him without completing the last pose they cannot go. Aryan says to her that she might have signed a cheque and become his client but not the boss. He says to her that she cannot insult his employees as that means insulting him. He then asks Anu to up her game with wedding planning as he has to put the wedding on the page3 of his newspaper. He asks him Imlie to suggest an idea, she suggests a Bollywood theme and Aryan asks Anu to get it done if they want the page3 coverage.
In the morning, Malini asks Aditya to become Raj and she will be Simran. He has a flashback of Imlie asking him to be Raj and says to her that he’ll become anything else but not Raj. Imlie in her room gets ready as Simran and says to herself looking in the mirror that this Simran doesn’t need no Raj for saving. Narmada and Arpita praise Imlie for looking beautiful. Imlie says to them that she is worried about Aryan’s costume as it is tough for him to be something. He then jokes with Narmada and Arpita that Aryan could play villains from the movies. Aryan comes from behind and gets angry at her, but when she turns he says to her she looks beautiful. Imlie asks him if she praised her and he turns his answer to not be gullible in front of her.
At Tripathi’s house, the family says to each other that they don’t wish to join the functions but they have to discuss the characters they will become. Aparna says to them that she will take part happily in the function for Imlie’s sake as she was selfless and stood for them today to motivate them to take part in the wedding. Aparna says to Radha to look Imlie in the eye as still there is love for only Aditya.
Upcoming- Anu makes fun of Imlie for being Simran and asks her that she should have become what she is a servant and laughs at her. Imlie says that everyone has become someone who they aren’t in real life. Malini says that isn’t true as she and Aditya have become Devdas and Paro, whose love story also started with friendship.
