In the beginning of the episode, Manjuri sits with Neil and does the wedding preparations. Abhimanyu comes to her and says to her to eat something and brings a woman inside the house. He introduces her to Manjuri and tells her that whatever preparation she wants for the wedding she can tell her and it will be her job to get it done, as she is a wedding planner. Mahima meanwhile thinks to herself that Arohi is going to be a huge threat to her position in the hospital and house as she is clever. While Akshu is in traffic Abhimanyu also parks beside her. Both of them feel the pull and turn towards each other at the same time. They stare at each other for sometime, then Abhimanyu remembers asking Akshu to prepare a dance for his wedding and starts his engine to go.
Arohi sees Abhimanyu and asks Akshu to follow. Arohi asks her to run the car fast. She says to her that she is not going to rash drive because she wants to meet Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu stops to help an old lady, Arohi taps on his shoulder. She asks him if she can come with him as their destination is the same and Akshu was going the other way. He says he can’t help if she’s going the other way, but she cannot ride with her. Arohi gets back in the car and says to herself soon she’ll be with him. Abhimanyu says to himself that only one girl has sat behind him and it will remain the same.
Arohi reaches the hospital and sees the reporters interviewing Anand and Mahima, and calling them a power couple. Arohi imagines herself and Abhimanyu there. Arohi after the interview goes to Mahima and says to her that she wants to be a power couple like them in the future and represent the hospital. Mahima gets upset at her and says to her that she cannot live up to her achievements ever. Arohi says to herself she is the best and that will be her destiny. Meanwhile, Manjuri in her room takes out a box and an adoption paper flies out of it when she is distracted.
Manjuri calls the Goenka’s and asks them to come for dinner. Kairav says to Akshu to not come with them as things are complicated. She says to him that why would she not come to see her sister getting her happiness for whom she gave up everything. Meanwhile, Mahima tells Abhimanyu about the dinner and says that they can go together. He says he has a lot of patients to attend and he cannot come. He thinks to himself that he wishes Akshu doesn’t come as when she is around he cannot control his feelings.
Upcoming- Akshu and Arohi dance together. Akshu twirls and collides with Abhimanyu. Mahima tells the families that Akshu is joining the Birla hospital. Abhimanyu when the power cuts goes to Akshu and says to her to refuse to join the hospital.
