In the beginning of the episode, Imlie see Arpita lost while she is filling water in the bottle. Imlie stops her, She asks Imlie how Sundar is as she didn’t get a chance to confront him after Neela insulted him. Imlie says why is she worried and asks her about Sundar, when she can call him herself. Arpita says she can’t do that. Imlie says if she is sure that she can’t contact him herself then she shouldn’t be worried for Sundar.
Arpita asks Imlie to shut up, and says Sundar is not just her friend but more than that. Arpita gets emotional after the confession and Imlie hugs her. Imlie asks Arpita to tell the same thing to the family. Arpita says the society won’t accept her love and will blame a widow. She says that she can’t let anyone insult his mother and brother as she loves them very much. Arpita says she will marry the guy her family chooses, and leaves. Imlie thinks to herself that she can’t let Arpita lose a partner like Sundar.
Imlie says that she will not let this happen. Aryan asks her from behind what she will not let happen, is it Arpita’s wedding. He holds Imlie’s hand and asks her to come with him. He says to her that after a long time Arpita will get back her happiness and he won’t let her destroy that. He locks her in room, Imlie gets angry and asks him to let her out. She says she will find a way to get out of the room.
Uday enters the house and ignores Narmada’s welcome. She asks Aryan if Arpita will like Uday as he ignored their welcome, Aryan says nothing will happen against Arpita’s wish. Uday prays in front of the God, He then says that his parents have taught him they should take God’s blessings after going to someone’s house. He then touches the feet of the elders, and Narmada gets happy.
Imlie gets a stool to stand on and get out of the room, but she falls and gets hurt but doesn’t lose hope. Arpita brings food and drinks for Uday, he takes the tray and serves everyone. Nella says that she has brought the best Rishta for Arpita. Neela asks Arpita to take Uday and make conversation.
Uday asks Arpita if she had any boyfriends, she says she had a husband who died. Then she has flashbacks about Sundar. Imlie comes out of the room through the window and jumps off the balcony. Aryan saves her from falling and she thinks that she is dead and in heaven. Aryan says to her that he is not letting her spoil Arpita’s life to achive her goal.
Imlie diverts Aryan’s attention and gets inside the house. Nella tells the family that Uday likes Arpita, and taunts that Imlie didn’t even make an appearance. Imlie enters the house and Aryan tells everyone that it wud him that locked her in the room, she says that by mistake. Imlie then suggests that Uday goes through some questions and cooking competition.
Upcoming- Uday comes with a bouquet covering his face and says that he wants to meet the person who had the idea for the cooking competition. Aryan introduces him to Imlie, she screams at him.
