In the beginning of the episode, Aryan and Imlie enter the hut. Aryan asks Imlie’s help to light the lantern. They then light bonfire to keep themselves warm. Aryan stomach starts making noise. Imlie makes fun of him and then says she will get something for him to eat. He says her to not leave, she says she won’t go to far away. Imlie comes back with sweet potatoes and tells Aryan that he can just roast them. She then mocks his urban ways and scares him. He while throwing straw on her throws the sindoor. She gets tears in her eyes and remembers the last time she got sindoor on her from the Pagdandiya’s temple she got married to Aditya. She starts to panic from the flashback.
Imlie starts dusting the sindoor away. Aryan apologizes to her. She says the rain is going to start to pour and before that they should go to look for Aditya. She is not able to open the door so she starts banging the wall with a stick. While she bangs the wall of the hut, from outside a pot pours water on someone, helping him gain consciousness.
Aryan asks her to stop as they cannot go out in this weather. She gets tired and falls down. He says to her why she is being stubborn, she says this is the only thing she can be right now. She says to him that she has always protected Aditya and always got him back to his family, she says his mother would be expecting her to do the same.
Aryan says to her that he trusts that she will not disappoint anyone, but she always disappoints him by following after Aditya. He then from his shirt dresses her wound. She laughs and says he is behaving like a heroine. She touches his hand and notices him burning and scolds him. She asks him why keeps every pain bottled up. He says to her that she isn’t his friend, and says to her to go to sleep. He goes to a corner and is trying to sleep, and Imlie sits beside him to give him support.
Next morning, Meethi calls Aparna and tells her that Imlie and Aryan are out looking for Aditya and she believes that Imlie will find him out. Aparna says to her that she is in debt, Meethi says to her to not say this as they have also taken care of her daughter.
The villagers come in a crowd and ask to break the door of the hut and bring the people out. Imlie and Aryan are brought out. While Imlie wakes from the shouts and says to Aryan that they have to get away before they enter. He says to her that she has to face them as the practice only destroys lives.
Upcoming- The villagers hit Aryan. The head asks the villagers to take Imlie and Aryan with them. They try to get out of their hold but fail.
