In the previous episode, Malini comes home where she confronts Dev and told him that she was in Pagdandia and met with Mithi. Anu comee to know that Imlie is his illegal daughter get furious at Dev. Malini takes Dev in front of Imlie and ask her to confront and tell the truth, but Dev suffers from heart attack and falls unconscious. Everyone takes her to the hospital, where Anu starts blaming Imlie for Everything.
