In the beginning of the episode, The manager comes and give Imlie a file and says to her to go through them and decide which article will be placed where. She checks and notices that Aditya’s article is missing and goes to him. Someone at the same time asks Imlie to approve their leave, Aditya says they have to take the leave from the CEO not her. He tells him that Imlie is the CEO now. Aditya asks the office to clap for Imlie and insults her, she gets tears in her eyes. The office passes comment on Aryan’s bad decision of making Imlie CEO as she is weak. Imlie realizes that she cannot let Aryan down. She goes back to Aditya and gives him a deadline to give his article.
Harish reaches the goons who he has to give the money to get his house back. He gives them the jewellery he brought with the ladies of his family. The man beats him up for not paying. Nishant and Sundar reach there by following him and try to save him but the goon hits him. The goon before leaving says the next time he comes and he doesn’t receive all his money he will hurt his family and him.
Malini calls Aditya and asks him if he is well. He tells her that he is working on the report of Pagdandiya. She says to him he might be working with Imlie, he tells her that Imlie is now his boss and he reports to her. She says to him that how has he borne the insult of a newbie becoming his boss. He gets instigated and types the resignation letter. Aditya comes to Imlie’s office and gives his resignation to her.
Aparna asks Aditya when he reaches home why he looks worried. He tells his family that he has resigned from his job, everyone gets shocked. Nishant and Sundar bring injured Harish home. He tells them that he took a debt to take a chance in the share market. He tells them that all of the family’s life savings have finished and their house isn’t even theirs anymore. Aditya asks him how much money they are supposed to return, he tells them 5 crore.
Imlie gets worried about the family’s situation after knowing about Aditya’s resignation. She calls Aparna, who is about to tell her about the debt but Aditya ends the call. She gets worried and rushes to Tripathi house. The employees at the office celebrate thinking that there is no boss so they can leave as well.
Aryan and Arpita come out of the hospital and he tells her that he wants to go and check the office once. He reaches and sees everyone not working. He sees inside his cabin and sees her missing.
Upcoming- Imlie reaches Tripathi house. Aditya says to Aparna that Imlie has become a member of high society and she isn’t concerned with their problems. He holds her hand and drags her out of the house.
