Imlie is a girl from Pagdandia who is struggling to make her own identity. She wants to study and become so successful so that she can give all the luxuries to her mother. Imlie is a kind-hearted girl. Imlie wants to study and she is a very intelligent girl, but due to some circumstances, she got married to Aditya who doesn’t give her name.
We saw that Imlie participates in the best daughter in law competition where Aparna asked her not to ruin their images. Aparna gets angry at Imlie and asked her to stay away but Imlie decided to participate in the competition where the ladies taunted Aparna for Imlie. Aparna gets insulted in front of everyone. Where Pallavi also participated in the competition.
After all this, the hosts announced the rounds in which they have to perform. Anu comes as a judge where she tried to defame Imlie. Anu asked them to cook international food, where Pallavi helped Imlie and gets disqualified. Imlie cooks tasty food and gets qualified in the round.
Due to this, Aparna feels bad for herself as she wants Malini to participate in the competition. Imlie won the cooking round where Imlie and Aditya are preparing for the next round.
Anu asked Aparna that if she doesn’t want Imlie then she has to show that she doesn’t want Imlie and do something to lose her in the competition. Aditya and Imlie have to perform together where Aditya goes to take Imlie’s anklets bells. Aparna locked Aditya in the room. Where Malini is waiting for Aditya to go for the session. Aditya misunderstood that Malini locked him in the room and accused her. Malini gets hurt.
After that, Imlie loses the round, Aditya Apologize to Imlie where Aditya get to know that Aparna locked him. Aditya Apologize to Malini and said that he shouldn’t doubt her. Malini feels bad as Aditya don’t show trust in her.
Later, Imlie and Aparna have to perform together where Aparna writes wrong answers on it. Aparna says that she doesn’t want to let Imlie win. Anu gets happy as Aparna is behaving rudely with Imlie. Imlie quits the competition at midway.
