At the beginning of the episode, Prithvi asks Sherlyn about her mother. She says that her mother is fine. She didn’t get heartache, it was the plan of Preeta. As she knows that if she was with him that day, she could have saved him thus she sent her away from him. She adds that he is in trouble because he left her and went behind Preeta and Kritika. He feels bad about it and says sorry to her. Shrelyn tells him that she is going to meet the lawyer. He asks her to stay in the Luthra house otherwise Rishabh and Preeta will suspect her. Shrelyn says that she only cares about him thus she will go.
While Rishabh arrives there. Shrelyn comes to know about it. She hides from him. While Rishabh finds out that someone has come to meet Prithvi. He goes to him and asks him who came here to meet him. He lies that his mother was worried for him thus she came to meet him. Rishab doesn’t believe him and asks him to tell the truth. Prithvi says that Sherlyn had come here to meet her. But all she wants from him is to leave her. As she now only love him. Constable comes there and asks Rishabh not to believe him. He adds that people like him play such tricks to fool them. Prithvi thinks that he is smart.
While Rishabh gets angry at him. Prithvi says that if he will spill the truth then he will get hurt. Rishabh adds that now no one can hurt him as he knows the truth. He leaves from there after saying this. Prithvi gets annoyed and says that as soon as he leaves from there, he is going to give a good lesson to the Luthra family. Meanwhile, Srishti and Rakhi are doing household work. Then only Mahesh and Sameer comes and give some puja stuff to Rakhi.
After this Preeta comes there with Pihu. She shows everyone the new dress of Pihu. Everyone like the dress except Kareena. She tells Dadi that this dress is not good. While Srishti tells Preeta that she should go and get ready for Diwali puja. Preeta nods in yes. Rishabh goes into her room. He is angry. Shrelyn feels that he is angry. She asks him what happened to him. He says nothing. She asks to go and enjoy Diwali with his family. He tells her that Sameer told him that she was in MR road. He adds that he even visited Prithvi and he too told him that she went to meet him. He asks her to him the truth. She tells him that he was lying to him. She never visited Prithvi and he should not suspect her. She shows him that he went to get her clothes altered.
On the other hand, Karan gives a gift to Preeta. She takes it and went into the bathroom. Then only Sonakshi comes there. She takes the gifts and wears them. Karan thinks that she is Preeta and hugs her. But later he feels uncomfortable and leaves her.
