At the beginning of the episode, Preeta tells Sarla that she cannot lie anymore. She informs Sarla that everyone is taking great care of her. Rakhi even scolds Karan as she feels that he does not take care of her. Kareena also did not like her but she is also taking care of her now and she is cheating on everyone. That’s why she wishes that she should tell the truth to everyone. Sarla explains to her that Preeta does a lot for the Luthra family so they are taking so much care of her.
She suggests her to come home and tell them the truth. She adds that they will understand her problem and handle it. Just then Karan enters the room. Preeta is shocked. She hangs up the phone. Sarla feels sad because her daughter is ready to give her life for everyone but happiness is not felt in her hands. Karan comes to Preeta. He wants to know why Preeta is crying. Has she got hurt?
He apologizes to her. He promises her that he will take care of her and will also take care of their child. Karan keeps talking about the child again and again. Preeta gets sad. She asks him to calm down. She tells Karan the truth that she is not going to be a mother. Preeta hugs him. Karan is shocked. Here Sherlyn gets the reports of Preeta who has fallen in the dirty water.
She picks up those reports and informs Prithvi that she has got Preeta’s reports. But again the reports from her hand fall in the mud. And a man throws mud at Sherlyn and leaves. Sherlyn gets upset. Here Rakhi feels bad because Preeta was crying. Archana explains to her that a quarrel happened between husband and wife. Rakhi believes that Karan should not fight with Preeta in this condition.
She thinks that she should go to Karan and talk to him. Dadi tries to stop her. Then Dadi and everyone else is shocked to see Sherlyn’s condition. Srishti and Janki laugh at Sherlyn. Kareena scolds them. Srishti lies that they were laughing at Janki’s jokes.
Preeta confesses in front of Karan that she wanted to tell everything to Karan but she didn’t get a chance. Karan gets sad hearing her words. Preeta tells him how Dr informed her that she can never become a mother. Karan consoles Preeta. He says now only he will get Preeta’s love.
Rakhi feels that Karan has become the same as before. She sees that the door is closed, she feels that they are fighting. Dadi tries to convince Rakhi to leave them alone. Rakhi still wants to see Preeta once but Dadi takes her away. Karan wants to make the baby’s crib bigger so that Karan can sleep in it. Preeta hugs him. They share emotional moments.
