At the beginning of the episode, Kareena clarifies to Sonakshi that Pihu is theirs. She is the only daughter of Preeta and Karan. Sonakshi asks her not to speak like that. Because Pihu is her only hope. If Pihu is snatched from her, she will break. She adds that she was broken but she got light after hearing about Pihu. Preeta says that she has her life in Pihu so she will not give her Pihu. Sonakshi explains that Preeta has her entire family but she has no one.
She wishes her to have a lovely baby soon. Ahead, She begs her to give her Pihu. Kareena asserts that Sonakshi’s tone has changed all of a sudden. Earlier she was threatening them and now she is pleading. Sonakshi says that she doesn’t know whether she was speaking right or wrong but she only wants her daughter. Then Pihu comes there. She hugs Preeta. Sonakshi sees that Pihu is very much in love with Preeta. So she decides that she will not take Pihu away from Preeta. But she only wants to hug her once.
Karan denies this. Kareena throws her out of the house. Preeta thinks that they should once let Pihu meet Sonakshi. She stops Sonakshi. Then she gets into an accident. Preeta and Karan are shocked to see this. Here Rakhi asks Sarla to explain to Preeta that Pihu is her daughter and she should not let her meet Pihu at Sonakshi’s behest. Sarla feels that she should talk to Preeta.
Kirtika comes there and tells them that Sonakshi has met with an accident. Sarla and Rakhi leave for the hospital. While the doctor tells Preeta and Karan that there is a problem with Sonakshi’s case. Here Pihu asks Kritika where everyone has gone. Kritika lies that everyone has gone to school. Pihu further asks her if she will be her friend. She says yes. Pihu tells that she knew that she would get her mother and after coming here, she got Preeta in the form of a mother. Kritika smiles.
Srishti suggests to the Luthras that they should tell Sonakshi’s father that she has had an accident. Mahesh calls. Sherlyn calls Prithvi and asks him where is he. He tells her that he is in Luthra house and came to know that she is in the hospital. He prays that nothing happens to Sonakshi. Because if nothing happens to her, then there will be an earthquake in the life of Preeta and Karan.
Sherlyn agrees with him. She hangs up the call then. Prithvi thinks that he should tell Rishabh what is happening in his house. Here Karan is arranging blood for Sonakshi. Just then the Major comes there and consoles Karan that he will arrange for the blood and soon his friend will also get well.
