At the beginning of the episode, both Karan and Preeta are sitting on the ground disappointed. Both are very sad and their eyes are also moist. Preeta thinks about how she should tell this truth to Mahesh and Rakhi. Karan decides that he will tell the truth to them. Prithvi gets scared seeing Sherlyn’s condition.
He calls her a ghost. Sherlyn informs him that she is not a ghost. Kritika laughs at Sherlyn and asks her to walk properly. She then goes down with Prithvi. Prithvi apologizes to Sherlyn. Sherlyn wants to teach Kritika a lesson. Prithvi further asks about Preeta.
He learns that Karan and Preeta have a fight. Srishti adds that they never fight. Only small things happen between them. Prithvi asks her why she brings her nose in the middle every time. He then says that Karan and Preeta should not show off their love.
He says that he too loves Kritika very much but never shows off. Sonakshi feels that the entire Luthra family is very loving. Srishti taunts Prithvi that he is not a part of the Luthra family but a Gharjamai. Prithvi feels bad about this.
Kritika thinks that they should shower flowers on Karan and Preeta to reduce the tension between them. SHe asks Ananya for help. Ananya is ready to help them. Dadi tells Kareena to take Karan and Preeta here. Kareena goes to them. She asks Karan and Preeta if they are fine.
Karan says yes. Kareena suggests him to always take care of Preeta. Then they go to the function. Srishti asks Ananya to tell her where the flower is. They will bring it. Meanwhile, Preeta comes to Rakhi. Rakhi asks is she fine. Mahesh comes there at the same time and starts scolding Karan. Because he feels that Karan has scolded Preeta.
Preeta takes Karan’s side. She understands that she is sad. Karan is sitting alone. Preeta goes to him and asks if he is sad. Karan tells her that he is sad as Preeta was facing everything alone. He shares with her that he is also a part of Preeta’s pain so she should have told him everything.
Preeta explains to him that she did not understand what she should do. She mumbles that she does not even know whether she did wrong or right by hiding this thing. Karan feels that Preeta has done right by not telling anything to the family. He plans that together they will solve this problem.
Karan tells Preeta that Preeta’s is enough for him. He doesn’t want a child. Preeta hugs him. Sonakshi comes to them and tells them that she has overheard them. Karan tells Sonakshi not to tell anything to anyone. Sonakshi says yes. She suggests they should talk to another Doctor. Karan feels that her point is right. She tells them about Dr. Archana.
