At the beginning of the episode, Prithvi asks the constable to give him his call as he wants to talk to someone. Constable is ignoring him. Prithvi asks him to give him his phone once and he will give him money. He asks him to shut up. Prithvi gets angry. He adds that he will punish Preeta as soon as he will get out of here. Constable goes away from there. Prithvi gets sad.
He says that he too wants to eat sweets and enjoy the Diwali festival. Sherlyn comes there and gives him sweets. He gets happy seeing her. Prithvi tells her that it would be good if he would have listened to her. Shrelyn asks him not to worry because she will take him out of this jail. Then she tells him about Preeta. She tells him that today all family is upset from Preeta.
He gets so happy. He adds that she deserves it. On the other hand, Preeta and Karan saw Pihu. Preeta starts crying. Karan consoles her. Later Preeta faints. Karan panics and saw that Preeta’s hand is burnt. He gets so sacred and goes from there to the hospital. Sonakshi too follows them. He offers help to Karan. Afterward, Preeta comes to her senses. She asks Karan where are they going? Preeta tells him that there is no need and they should go back to their house. While Karan says that they should go to the hospital.
Preeta says fine. Then Dr tells Preeta that they should do her pregnancy checkup. Sonakshi stands shocked. She is irritated too. Meanwhile, a lawyer calls Sherlyn. Rishabh notices it while Sherlyn lies to him that her mother is calling her. Rishabh wonders that why is she lying to him. Here, Preeta thinking about her pregnancy. Karan asks her why is she smiling. She says nothing to her. Sonakshi goes into the kitchen to bring milk for Preeta. She mixed some kind of drugs in her milk.
She takes that milk glass to Preeta. Preeta tells her that she doesn’t wanna have milk. Karan asks her to have it for him. She still forbids. Sonakshi suggests to Preeta that she should take care of herself. Preeta understands her point and drinks the milk. Karan gets upset as she didn’t listen to him but heard Sonakshi. Peeta asks him not to scold her. Later she feels good and thinks that maybe she can become a mother this time.
