At the beginning of the episode, Rakhi is crying. Kareena asks her what happened? She asks her is she crying because she said some things against Preeta? She says that they are her family and Preeta has come in her life very late. She says that they all love her so much. Rakhi says that she knows her family loves her and she also loves them so much. She says she isn’t crying because of Preeta. She says the reason is something else. She says that tomorrow is the birthday of Mahesh, but they can’t do anything for him. She says we used to throw a party for him on his birthday and he always says that he is so handsome.
She says that she wants him to wear his favorite clothes on his birthday. Kareena says that she promised him that tomorrow he will wear these clothes. She will go and give him these clothes. The next day, Preeta sees Kareena going outside. She says that she might be going to wish Mahesh. She sees that Mona is also going there. On the other hand, Sameer is thinking about Srishti. He says that he used to be very happy with Srishti but now she is behaving so rudely. He says at least now she should forgive him.
Karan comes and says that Srishti is a nice girl and also cares about him. He says give her some time. Sameer says that he has gone to her house last night but got beaten up by sarla and janki as they thought him to be a thief. Meanwhile, Preeta also goes in the basement. She sees that Mona is beating both Kareena and Mahesh with hunter. Preeta stops her and ask her why is she doing this? She gets angry on her. Mona isn’t talking to her properly. She says that she can do anything because Dr. Jhariwal has given her freedom.
Mina says that if she ask her questions all the time then she will tell the doctor to shift him to the mental asylum. Kareena creates a scene and ask Karan can she trust him? She tells him that today she made Mona angry. She says that why she has gone in basement. She says that she wants Mahesh to go in mental asylum. Prithvi says finally someone said right about Preeta that she is not good for this house. Kritika also supports Prithvi.
Karan gets angry and asks Preeta why she is doing all this? He asks her can’t she seen his family happy? He says that if Mahesh get admitted in a mental asylum then they all will leave this house and then can live here alone. He says that they all are living here because his father is here. Rakhi says to Preeta that she also agrees with Karan this time. Preeta holds the hand of Karan and ask him to come with her. She says she wants to talk to him.
