At the beginning of the episode, Sonakshi tells Sherlyn that she exchanged the reports of Preeta. She says that she get her test in Lonavala that time the gynecologist is her friend. She asked her friend to tell Preeta that she can’t conceive. She says that she loves Karan so much and for him she can do anything. She tells her that she is giving some pills to Preeta so that she can’t conceive. She says that she is giving those pills to Preeta by mixing them in her milk and juice.
Sherlyn asks her that she can tell all this to Luthra. Sonakshi says that she knows she is not going to say anything to Them. She says that she can’t threaten her by showing these videos which she made of her. Sonakshi shows her the video of her with Prithvi. She says that if she tries to go against her then she will expose her in front of everyone. Sherlyn says that she is not going to tell her anything. She is with her. Sonakshi says that she wants the Luthra family to let Preeta out of their house.
Preeta sees them. She asks Sonakshi are they talking about some reports. Sonakshi gives her the report and says that she has a deficiency of Vitamin D and vitamin b12. Preeta sees the report and gets emotional. She goes to Karan. Karan ask her what happened? She shows him the report and says that she got a hope that she might get pregnant but the reports are negative. Karan tells her that she loves her so much and he doesn’t care about their pregnancy. Preeta says that she wants to give a brother or sister to Pihu. Karan says that Pihu is enough for them.
He tells her that she is so important for her. Karan says that it’s going to be a new year from tomorrow. He asks her to promise him that now they will not talk about the pregnancy. Preeta says okay. Then Sonakshi comes to give her turmeric milk. When she goes Karan says that why Sonakshi is not leaving their house because now her leg is also fine. Preeta asks her to shut up. The next day in the morning Preeta and Karan see that Sherlyn is started caring for Rishabh. Preeta tells Rishabh that when she sees both of them together she feels so nice. She tells him that she can see the care and love for him in the eyes of Preeta. Rishabh says that he is also feeling the same.
