At the beginning of the episode, Sherlyn claims that she didn’t kill Akshay. She adds that Megha was to one who killed Akshay. Megha even used to threaten her. She even stole Rakhi’s jewellery to fulfil her demand. She overstates that yes it was right that she met Akshay but she met him so that she can get Kritika’s video and picture. Luthra family gets shocked after hearing her statement. She amplifies that she met Akshay as he was blackmailing Kritika. She saw threatening messages on her phone and went to meet him. She adds that she didn’t tell her family about it.
Later she tells that she even has evidence against Megha. She has a call recording of Megha in which she is threatening her. She shows that evidence to everyone. Mahira praises her smartness. Prithvi smirks after hearing her claims. Preeta looks sad and says that she did a lot to prove Karan innocent but Sherlyn’s one lie changes the whole scenario.
After this, the judge decided that Karan did nothing wrong so he is going to get him out of this case. Preeta gets happy. Then Karan and the whole Luthra family arrive at Luthra house. Dadi is happy to see Karan. She hugs Karan and welcomes him. Mahesh smiles seeing Karan. While on the other hand, Kareena is still upset with Preeta because she tried to frame Sherlyn. She tells this thing to Dadi saying that Preeta claimed in the court that Sherlyn killed Akshay. While Sherlyn is so good and she tries very hard to get Karan out the jail. Karan looks on.
She adds that Sherlyn used to lie to us that she wanted to meet the doctor but instead of meeting the doctor she was trying to collecting the evidence. Dadi praises her and hugs her. Kareena wants to know why Preeta was trying to frame her. Preeta says that we should drop this thing and celebrate that Karan has returned. Karan leaves from there. Shrelyn says to Preeta that she should not apologise to her as she can understand why Preeta did it. Rakhi and dadi asks Preeta to say sorry to Sherlyn. Preeta does the same and apologises to Sherlyn. Later all went away from there and Preeta confronts Sherlyn saying that she knows that Akshay was blackmailing her because of her pregnancy. Shrelyn is shocked. She adds that soon she will find out her secret and then she will tell the whole family her truth. She leaves from there while Sherlyn is standing shocked.
