At the beginning of the episode, Preeta says to Karan that he left her mother at home and came early. Karan informs her that he had left her mother in the market. He asks her why she is looking sad. Preeta says that she is sad as she has not informed the family yet that she is not pregnant. At the same time, she cannot hide this lie for a long time. Karan feels that they should first go to the doctor and then inform the family members about this.
Preeta agrees to this and Karan calls Doctor. She asks him when is Preeta going to come for a checkup. Karan asks her if they can come now. Dr answers yes. Karan informs Preeta that they should go to meet the doctor. Preeta replies okay. Here Kritika gets a call from Prithvi’s manager who tells her that he has booked a table in the restaurant. Kritika feels that Prithvi wants to surprise her and she goes to get ready.
Here Sarla comes to her house. Srishti opens the door for her and takes things from Sarla’s hand. Srishti feels that Preeta is with Sarla. Since Sarla was furious, she must have definitely brought Preeta. But Sarla informs her that she was furious as wrong things had happened to Preeta. Srishti adds but it was not even Karan’s fault because he did not know anything about all these things.
Sarla says yes and says that she only went to give courage to Preeta. Sarla remembers once she brought Preeta home. But then the circumstances were different because then Karan was in love with Preeta but at that time he did not trust her. That’s why she felt that Preeta should not stay in this relationship. But now when Preeta tells Karan that she is not pregnant and can hardly become a mother, Karan supports her.
Srishti is shocked to hear that Preeta is not going to become a mother. Sarla asks her not to tell this to anyone. Srishti wants to talk to Preeta. Here Sherlyn comes to the cafe with Prithvi. Prithvi starts fighting with someone there. Sherlyn at the same time sees Karan and Preeta who is going to Aanchal’s clinic. Sherlyn follows them and asks Prithvi to take his wife on a date. Later, Srishti calls Preeta. Preeta picks up her call and she goes outside and talks to her. Srishti asks Preeta if she is fine. She says yes. Srishti tells that she has come to know about the problem Preeta is going through. Preeta shares with her that she didn’t want to hurt her so she didn’t say anything to anyone. Sherlyn listens to Preeta’s words. She learns that Preeta is not pregnant.
