At the beginning of the episode, Preeta tells Maddy that she don’t want anyone to know that media was already present in Karan’s room before his arrest. Sameer listens this and goes away. Preeta also tells him that she want more evidences in favour of Karan. She says that she will give him as much money as he wants but he need to make sure that Karan should be proven right in the court. Maddy says that he is using this money to gather evidence in favour of Karan. He says that he is a old investigator and she can trust him.
Then Sameer stops preeta and Srishti. He ask Preeta to tell everyone what was she doing with that man? Preeta says what is he talking about. He says that he saw her with a man in the cafe and in the house also. She says that she don’t want to answer anything. Sameer says then on her behalf he will tell everything. He tells everyone that Preeta is giving money to a man so that Karan will not get out of jail. He accuses Preeta of Implicating Karan in match fixing.
Rakhi ask Sameer to shut up. She says that Preeta can’t do this. Kritika says to Rakhi that she thought that Preeta is here for them in the beginning but it turns out that she is here for only Money. Srishti ask Karan to think before he says anything. He says that Preeta is not his bhabhi. He says that because of her karan is suffering so much. She makes him remember that Because of Preeta Rishabh got out of jail. Prithvi says that he also stole papers of Preeta but he never did anything wrong to this family. He says that he knows they don’t like him but atleast he is not like Preeta.
Sameer says that he also investigated about that man and got to know that he is criminal. Srishti gets emotional and about to tell everything about Maddy, but Preeta stops her. She says that they can’t tell anything to anyone because Prithvi is also there. Prithvi says to himself that he need to find out about the man with whom Preeta met. Srishti tells Preeta that Sameer knows everything but still he is behaving like this. Preeta says that he is doing all this because right now he is tensed and thinking from the Karan’s point of view.
