At the beginning of the episode, Kritika and Prithvi are sitting together. Then his phone rang. Kritika says that her sautan’s call has come. Prithvi is shocked. Kritika says that Prithvi’s phone is her sautan. She asks him to talk as something might be urgent. Prithvi picks up Sherlyn’s call. She asks him where is he. He feels that he is in Kritika’s room. She insists on making a video call.
Prithvi gets shocked. But Rakhi comes to Sherlyn and asks her to prepare for Janmastami. Sherlyn leaves from there and Prithvi is saved. Sherlyn is helping Rakhi. While Preeta remembers Karan in which he was talking about the child. Karan asks her why she is sad. Preeta shares that she thought she would have children of her own. But this did not happen thus she is sad.
Karan leaves from there. Preeta feels that Karan is upset with her words. Whereas Karan does not want to be weak in front of Preeta so he does not say anything. Preeta prays to God that the child should also come in her house. Then she hears some sound. A small child is walking in their house. Preeta is following her. Karan also sees that child. Preeta asks the child who she is.
The girl says that she is Pihu. Preeta asks her if she has come along with anyone. Pihu tells her to find her first then she will tell her. Pihu falls silent. Preeta and Karan wonder where is Pihu. Preeta sees Pihu. Karan asks Pihu to come out. Rakhi comes there and asks if Pihu is with them. She sees Pihu at the same time. She calls them down. Pihu says that she is hungry.
Preeta takes her to the kitchen. She asks Pihu what she wants to eat. Pihu wants to eat vegetables. Karan sits down in the corner. Pihu also comes and sits beside him and copies him. Preeta laughs seeing them. Pihu asks Preeta to make her a roti roll. Preeta does the same. Pihu also feeds Preeta. Preeta gets emotional. Her eyes become moist. Pihu asks if anything has gone in her eye. Preeta says no.
Next they enter the hall. Pihu goes to play. Dadi and Kareena tell Preeta that Pihu is her daughter from now on. Preeta is shocked. Kareena’s friends tell her that she runs an orphanage. And children like Pihu live with them. Sherlyn gets sad. Kareena’s friends say that after doing some paperwork they will get their child in the form of Pihu. Preeta, the rest of the family becomes happy.
