At the beginning of the episode, Janki asks Srishti if she is mad. She says no. She tells her that she is not feeling well so she has to help her and walk along. Janki wants to tell this to Sarla but Srishti refuses and starts preparing to go near Preeta. Here Dadi punishes Karan because he is not taking care of Preeta. Mahesh also makes fun of Karan.
Here Sarla sees that all the house lights are on. She also sees that Srishti’s clothes are scattered. She starts searching for her all over the house. She learns that she is not at home and receives the letter. In which it is written that she is leaving the house for her love. Also in the second letter, it is written that Janaki is going to find Srishti. Janaki tells Srishti about the letter. Srishti is shocked. She tells that Sarla will come to know that she has written the letter.
There Sarla learns that Janaki has written this letter. She calls Srishti. Srishti gets scared and does not pick up the phone. Sarla calls Janaki. She picks up the phone, she explains to Sarla that it is not her fault. Srishti had forced her. She gives the phone to Srishti. Sarla starts scolding her. Srishti lies that Karan has called her there. Sarla says okay and hangs up the phone.
Sarla calls Preeta. She asks Preeta what has happened, is not feeling well. Preeta is crying a lot. Sarla asks her to tell the truth. Preeta tells that she is not pregnant. Sarla is shocked to hear this. Preeta also tells her that she can never be a mother. Here Karan tells Dadi that Preeta had sent him to Rajat. Dadi asks him to stay only with Preeta.
Karan promises that he will take care of Preeta. He leaves from there then. Sarla asks Preeta if she has gone mad. She tells that Daima had told that she was pregnant. Preeta informs her that Dr has told her that she is not going to be a mother and will never be. Sarla does not believe her words.
She says that the doctor must have made a mistake and she should get the test done again. Karan is going towards his room. Here Preeta tells Sarla that she has not told anything to anyone yet as everyone was very happy. So she could not tell anything to anyone. Sarla gets sad seeing her crying.
