At the beginning of the episode, Dhara gets unconscious at the Pandya residence. Gautam and Pandya’s family took Dhara to the hospital. The doctor did the check and informed everyone that Dhara’s fetus is not developing, if we keep the fetus then maybe it can create problems for Dhara’s life. Doctor asked Gautam to decide whether they want to keep the fetus or not? Gautam and the whole family started crying. Gautam’s brothers shouted at Gautam because he didn’t inform them about Dhara’s pregnancy complications. Gautam said he didn’t want to hurt anyone that’s why he hides everything from everyone.
Suman said Gautam should have informed her about the pregnancy complications. Gautam started crying. Suman said she believes in her God because nothing happens without god’s permission. Gautam said if something will happen to his children then he will not able to live. Suman tried to encourage Gautam. Rishita asked Dev not to worry about Dhara’s pregnancy and just to go for the second option. Rishita said sometimes doctors give wrong reports, so we should take help from Janardhan’s sister to meet a pregnancy specialist. Rishita called Janardhan’s sister and asked her to help her because Dhara is in a problem. Janardhan’s sister said she will talk to the doctor for help.
On the other hand, doctors arrived out of the operation theatre. Shiva asked what happened to Dhara? The doctor said Dhara is unconscious and we can’t do anything to her. Shiva gets angry and shouted at the doctors. Raavi handled Shiva. The doctor was going to call the police. Raavi and Suman apologized to doctors for Shiva’s words. Shiva and Raavi sit in the waiting zone. Shiva started crying in front of Raavi and thinking about Dhara’s pregnancy. Dev asked about Dhara’s pregnancy file from Gautam. Gautam said Anita has Dhara’s pregnancy papers because he didn’t want everyone to know about pregnancy complications.
Rishita called Anita and informed her that Dhara is in the operation theatre, and she asked her to get pregnancy files as soon as possible. Anita gets happy because Dhara is sick. Anita informed Prafula that Gautam gave her Dhara’s pregnancy papers because he want to hide complications from everyone. Prafula wants to go to the hospital with Anita. Anita asked Prafula to stay away from the Pandya family and went to the hospital to give Dhara’s pregnancy papers to Gautam. Dhara’s pulse was getting fluctuated and doctors getting worried about Dhara’s life. The doctor informed the Pandya family that Dhara’s life is in danger and that’s they need to take a decision as soon as possible. Gautam blamed himself for Dhara’s situation. Gautam decided to remove the fetus. Suman stopped Gautam and asked him to think about his baby.
