Rajan Shahi is a star-maker and doesn’t play safe!

The success of a TV show doesn’t solely depend on the storyline, but it’s the actors who take it up a notch higher with their performance. Thanks to the pandemic, the fate of a TV show has been very unpredictable. While it goes on-air with a lot of pomp and show, it’s not long before they are pulled down due to low TRPs. But even during these critical times, ace producer Rajan Shahi is not afraid of taking a risk and has given a break to newcomers with some pivotal roles in his ongoing shows.

While his longest-running show “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” saw Karishma Sawant making her acting debut as Aarohi Goenka, his latest project “Woh Toh Hai Albelaa” is seeing debutante Rachi Sharma play the role of Rashmi.

Well, this is not the first time Rajan has given a chance to newcomers to prove their talent. From Sara Khan (“Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai”) to Dheeraj Dhoopar (“Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg”), Neha Sargam (“Chand Chupa Badal Mein”), Mishkat Verma (“Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya”), and Madalsa Sharma (“Anupamaa”), to name a few, he gave opportunities to these actors to showcase their acting chops under his banner Director’s Kut Productions and Shahi Productions Pvt. Ltd. Working under a big brand like his has surely added to their career graphs and has pushed their career to newer heights.

This shows the commitment Rajan has towards the industry that he doesn’t shy away from giving new talents a chance with the most perfect roles. And it’s his passion towards his work that makes people want to work with him again. Hats off to Rajan Shahi for giving preference to talent over everything else.
