At the beginning of the episode, Gopika puts the saree in the microwave and switches it on for 2 minutes. The microwave starts beeping and smoking. Gopika gets worried.
Ashi and Ramila are happy. They make fun of Gopika and Mithila. Ramila says Mithila will realize how dumb Gopika is and throw her out of Modi’s house. Mithila comes there and they hide. Mithila hears the beeping of the microwave. Gopika turns off the switch and takes out the plug of the microwave. Mithila wonders what is burning in the kitchen. She is going to the kitchen when Uma calls her.
Mithila asks what she is doing. Uma says her BAHU is ready with the idol, but where is Gopika. Mithila says they still have 20 minutes and she is confident that Gopika will do her best. She sends her off.
Gopika takes out the saree and sees that the saree has got burnt. She gets worried. Mithila comes to the kitchen and is shocked to see smoke everywhere. She opens the microwave and sees a burnt piece of saree. Ashi comes and asks what is all this smoke. She tells Mithila that it is the piece of saree that Gopika had to decorate with. She says maybe Gopika put the saree in the microwave. Mithila asks her to be quiet.
Gopika prays to Kanha ji what she will do. She says she just did what Ashi told her. She thinks she will again disappoint Mithila as this competition is very important for Mithila. She prays to show her some way. Mithila goes to Gopika’s room. A petal flies near the idol. Gopika gets an idea.
Tejal hugs VJ. Hiten tries to warn her. Tejal tells him to mind his own business. VJ tells him to get lost.
Mithila asks Gopika to come out and tell her how the saree got burnt. Mithila opens the door, but Gopika is not inside. She goes to the PANDAL. Ashi and Ramila follow her.
Gopika meets Mithila. Mithila sees that Gopika has decorated the idol beautifully, with flowers. Gopika says she is preparing a flower saree for MATA JI. Gopika says if she liked the decoration. Mithila says it is amazing. She asks her to finish her work and come out. Gopika sees Ashi and tells her that saree gets burnt in a microwave and they can only use it to heat food. Ashi says she got saved again. Ramila says this is the last time she is saved.
VJ asks Tejal to go to the PANDAL to make a video, but she says her whole family is there. VJ emotionally blackmails her. Tejal says they can go home as everyone is in the PANDAL. Hiten hears this.
Mithila welcomes the judges. Gopika gives final touches to the idol. She prays to DURGA Ma to help her win this competition for Mithila. Suddenly, MAHISHASURA comes alive. Ramila is in the getup to scare Gopika. Gopika gets scared and tries to run. Mithila thinks what is this sound. Ashi thinks Ramila should bring Gopika to Mithila. Gopika faints out of fear. Ramila hides and thinks now Mithila must see her.
