At the beginning of the episode, Mithila takes the chunri and puts it on Gopika’s head. Everyone is shocked. Mithila says she was looking for the right girl for his son and that is not Ashi but Gopika. Ramila asks her what he is saying. Mithila asks Gopika if she was the girl who saved her from the fire. She asks her to tell the truth without fear. She asks her to vow on Krishna, so Gopika says yes. Mithila asks Ashi why she lied to her. Ramila says it was a misunderstanding as Ashi also saved many people from a fire that day. Mithila says if she also wore the same shoe as Gopika and her shoe also was left there.
Ramila says they are sisters and wear similar clothes and shoes, so there was a misunderstanding. She says it was all Gopika’s fault. Mithila says now that the truth is out, she will declare Gopika as her daughter-in-law. Everyone in the family is shocked. Ba and Mama ji are pleased to hear this. Saksham is shocked.
Ramila abuses Gopika at home. Mama ji says why is she abusing Gopika when her own conspiracy came in front of everyone. Mama ji says she only took her along to make her sing. Ashi says all her dreams are broken now. Gopika says Krishna will fix everything. Ramila pulls her.
Saksham tells Mithila that she should have consulted him once. Mithila says what is the problem with Gopika. Ba says she is the real diamond. Mr. Modi says that girl is right for this family. Saksham says Mr. Modi wants a girl who will dance to their tunes. Meenal tries to convince Mithila that it is a matter of Saksham’s whole life. Mithila asks her to trust her. Mithila asks Saksham if he committed to Ashi out of love or out of force. She says if he is in love with Ashi, she will get him married to her. Saksham stays quiet. Mithila says she knows him well and knows that he is not in love with Ashi. She says her decision is right and Saksham will get married to Gopika only.
Ramila shows Gopika the mirror and says why would a handsome man like Saksham marry a simpleton like her who has no sense. Gopika says she is right and she will say no. She says Ashi is so beautiful and she only deserves Saksham. Ramila tells her to say no and not tell anyone that they brainwashed her. Gopika cries.
Saksham tells Ashi on the phone that he cannot do anything now. Ramila pretends to cry. Saksham says he will come immediately to meet her. Ramila tells Ashi that tears are a woman’s real weapon. Saksham tells Mithila that he is going to apologize to Ashi. Mithila says it is not right to meet Ashi like this. Chirag comes and says what happened to Ashi is not right. Saksham says Chirag can take his message to Ashi. Mithila tells Chirag to go to Ashi’s house and meet her.
Gopika looks at the chunri and thinks about everything. Ramila does Ashi’s makeup so she appears to be crying. They are disappointed to see Chirag. Ashi goes to talk and falls in Chirag’s arms. He tells her that Saksham sent him here to apologize and she should not get upset. Ramila thinks Chirag is also a Modi and Ashi can snare the younger brother if not older. Ramila tells Chirag that Ashi said yes to Saksham out of pity and she is not in love with him. Chirag goes from there.
Mama Ji tells Gopika to think about her own happiness. Gopika says she does not want Ashi to be unhappy as she thinks of her as her sister. She says Ramila is right and she will tell Mithila that she cannot get married to Saksham.
Ramila does garba in the street, so Ashi asks what she is up to. Ramila says her dream is to get married to a big family so she can get married to Chirag instead. Ramila says she must make use of Gopika and Saksham’s wedding festivities to get closer to Chirag. Ashi says Gopika has gone to say no. Ramila says they must stop her.
Mithila brings tea for Mr. Modi and gives it to Meenal. Meenal asks her to come in the room but Mithila does not come in. She says she knows her duties as well as her limits, so she never goes inside their room. Saksham sees this and goes away angrily.
Mithila consoles Saksham. Saksham says he will never be like Mr. Modi. Mithila says she knows that this is the reason he decided not to have a child and she knows him better them himself. She asks if he trusts her. She says she is confident that he will remain happy with Gopika.
Mama Ji brings Gopika to Modi’s house. Gopika is scared to go in, but Mama ji says he will talk to Mithila. Mithila is shocked to see Anand and Gopika so late at night. Gopika returns the chunri. Mithila asks what is the meaning of this. Mamaji says Gopika has decided that she cannot marry Saksham.
