At the beginning of the episode, Ashi sends Gopika to go into the shed first. Gopika says they should go together. Ashi gets scared to see the cow. Ashi says all this happened because of Gopika, so she must get the milk. Ashi locks Gopika in the shed with the cow. Ramila wakes Hiten up to take milk to Modi’s house. Hiten says there is not much milk in the house as he got only half a liter of milk. Ramila says what should they do now. Hiten says milk is only needed for the ritual, so they can add water to milk.
Meenal says they should have a look at Gopika and Ashi. Mithila says they must put responsibilities on them or else they will always be dependent on them. Gopika is scared but thinks she must get the milk. Ramila asks Ashi to come to the back gate. She gives Ashi milk powder and asks her to mix it with water. Ashi makes a bucketful of milk. Gopika calls her. Ashi says she locked Gopika inside the shed. Ramila tells her a plan. Gopika is scared but remembers Mithila’s confidence on her. Ramila tells Ashi to give the milk and show herself above Gopika. Mithila doubts her and asks where Gopika is. Ashi says she must be trying on her own as she does not know how to do it.
Gopika sees Lord Krishna’s photo in the shed and prays to him. She says Nandini is Kanha’s friend and so is she. She starts talking to Nandini and soothes the cow down. She says Mithila is also her mother and will Nandini allow her to take some milk. She becomes friendly with the cow. Mithila and others come to the shed. They see Gopika is taking out the milk and become very happy. Gopika thanks Nandini.
Gopika tells Ashi that she took out the milk. Mithila asks Gopika if she has ever done this before. Gopika says she has not. Mithila sees that Gopika’s bucket has a lot of foam while Ashi’s bucket is plain. Gopika thinks Ashi is so nice that she arranged milk from outside. Mithila checks both buckets. Meenal asks her what happened. Mithila says they have only one cow still both buckets are different. She says Ashi’s bucket is cold while Gopika’s bucket is warm and has foam. Mithila asks Ashi where she got the milk from. Ashi says she got the milk a little while back that is why it has become cold. Gopika is surprised to hear her lie. Mithila says how can milk become so cold in a few minutes.
Mithila asks Gopika to tell the truth. Gopika thinks about how to tell Mithila. Meenal and Ba tell Mithila to let it go and complete the ritual. Ashi is relieved. Everyone does the rituals with both couples. Saksham is unwilling. Ashi finds the ring. Mithila asks Saksham and Gopika to also find the ring. First-time Saksham finds the ring. Second-time Gopika finds the ring. Saksham remembers that Gopika betrayed him. They both pick the ring at the same time. Tejal says it is a tie. Meenal says it means both of them will be equal in their marriage.
