This week, Gopika and Saksham get married. Gopika thinks she is so timid and un-educated, still Saksham accepted her and thanks Kanha ji. Mithila thanks God that she got a fearless and educated daughter-in-law. Saksham is furious with Gopika. Ramila and Ashi are delighted that Ashi got married to a Modi. Ramila and Mama ji do their VIDAI. At Modi house, Mithila asks Gopika to enter first as she is the elder daughter-in-law. Ashi looks at her grudgingly. Ba asks Meenal and Mithila to give gifts to the brides. Ashi thinks Gopika stayed with her as a servant and now she will be her equal. Mithila gives many jewellery sets to Gopika. Saksham thinks this is why she married him.
Mithila says Gopika is the elder daughter-in-law of this house so she will get more gifts. Ashi feels upset and thinks Gopika was her servant and now she is the queen.
Tejal wants to play games with them. Mithila says there is one more ritual before that. She says Gopika is the elder daughter-in-law, so she must do the AARTI. Tejal gives Gopika the tablet to read the Aarti from it. Ashi feels happy that Gopika will be embarrassed now. Gopika starts singing. Ashi wonders how she is reading in English. Mithila praises Gopika for singing so beautifully. Ashi feels hungry and goes to the kitchen for something to eat. She cannot find anything except milk in fridge. She drinks the milk directly from the pan. The whole family comes and sees her. Tejal says this milk was for the ritual. Ashi says there is nothing bigger than Mithila’s happiness, so she will go to get milk herself in the car. Mithila tells Ashi that she can get milk from Nandini, the cow. Mithila asks Ashi and Gopika to get milk and makes it a competition to who can bring milk first.
Ashi sends Gopika to go in the shed first and locks her. Ramila brings milk powder for Ashi and tells her to mix with water to make milk. Gopika is scared at first but later soothes the cow down and manages to get the milk. Ashi brings the milk and says she did the task. Mithila and others come to the shed. They see Gopika is taking out the milk and become very happy. Gopika thanks Nandini. Mithila sees that Gopika’s bucket has a lot of foam while Ashi’s bucket is plain. Mithila checks both buckets. Mithila asks Ashi where she got the milk from. Ashi says she got the milk a little while back that is why it has become cold. Mithila asks Gopika to tell the truth. Gopika thinks how to tell Mithila. Meenal and Ba tell Mithila to let it go and complete the ritual. Ritual is completed.
Ashi and Gopika enter their room and all happy to see how big it is. Mithila convinces Saksham to go to his room. Chirag tells Ashi that he does not want her to feel pressured and tells her to take time. He says he will sleep on the sofa. Saksham tells Gopika to sleep on the couch as he works on bed till late night. Mithila sees Gopika taking warm water for Ashi and tells her not to worry about it as every bathroom has geyser. Alarm rings loudly waking everyone up. They go to Ashi’s room to see her sleeping while the alarm is ringing loudly and Ashi is still sleeping. Mithila scolds Ashi for sleeping till so late and misbehaving with Gopika. Mithila tells them that it is MUH-DIKHAI today and tells Gopika to introduce themselves to everyone as they are modern women. Mithila tells Gopika to give the speech in English. Gopika gets worried.
Gopika asks Ashi to hep her with speech but she makes excuse and goes. She then tries to asks Saksham but he tells her to go away and let him work. Gopika tells Tejal that she has only studies till 8th grade in Gujarati medium. Tejal turns but she is wearing headphones. Gopika tries to tell her but Mithila calls her. Ashi is unhappy with the jewellery that she got for MUH-DIKHAI function so Ramila tells her to order whatever she wanted. Ashi’s packages come home. Mithila is livid to know that it costs Rs. 11 lakh. She asks the delivery guy who ordered all this. The guy says it was Mrs. Modi. Mithila asks Ba, Meenal and Ashi if it is their stuff and they deny. They got to ask Gopika. Saksham says it must be hers as she likes new clothes and jewellery. They go to look at the bill and it says Mrs. Gopika Modi. Ramila had told Ashi to write Gopika’s name on the bill. Gopika is scared.
