This week, Saksham shows the bill that shows Mrs. Gopika Modi. Mithila checks the bill. Saksham scolds Gopika for lying to his mother and says they will not go for MUH-DIKHAI. Gopika is sad because of Saksham’s behaviour. Mithila vows to find the truth. Ashi gets ready for the function. Chutney falls on her dupatta from Mithila’s plate. Mithila tells Gopika to pick out one dupatta from the stuff she has ordered. Gopika is not able to find the right package, so Ashi picks the right box. Ashi sees the dupatta and is shocked that is it so plain. She says she ordered such a nice, modern one and this one is so light. Mithila asks her to tell the truth. Ashi finally admits that she ordered everything.
She says she ordered everything for Gopika. Meenal asks Mithila to forgive Ashi. Ashi say sorry to Mithila, but Mithila asks her to apologise to Gopika. Mithila asks her to touch Gopika’s feet and say sorry. Gopika worries about speaking in English. She sees Saksham talking to Siri and takes his phone for help. She writes down the translations. Ashi tells her that it is all wrong and says she will translate fo her. She says this house is a prison and mother-in-law is a big, black frog. She says Saksham is an angry gorilla. The function starts and Mithila asks Gopika to introduce herself and the whole family.
Ashi feels happy that Gopika will be thrown out of Modi house today. Ramila thinks if Gopika opens her mouth, all her plans will get ruined. Ramila stands next to a reporter and says everyone just apes west now and is forgetting their own culture. The reporter asks Gopika to stop and says they want to hear Gopika in Hindi. Gopika speaks well about the whole family and is appreciated by everyone. Tejal hugs her. Mithila tells Mr. Modi that Gopika made her proud. Tejal clicks Saksham and Gopika’s photo for her account. Mithila asks Chirag to read Ashi’s thoughts about the family. Chirag tells Mithila all good things instead of what is written. Mithila gets happy and goes from there. Ashi says it was just a joke. Chirag warns Ashi to never hurt his family.
Ashi gets angry on Ramila for saving Gopika and spoiling her plan. Ramila says she must keep Gopika close now, to be safe from Mithila, then she herself will expose her truth. Ramila tells Ashi to make Gopika do all the work but take credit for it. Ashi pretends to eat chilli to punish herself and Chirag forgives her. Gopika sees a nightmare and Saksham calms her down by putting his hand on her forehead. Gopika prepares for the morning puja. She is about to light the diya when Ramila calls her and asks her to wake Ashi. They trick Gopika and Ashi lights up the DIYA and gets praised for getting up early. Mithila is disappointed with Gopika but tells both of them to make breakfast as their first RASOI.
Meenal tells Gopika to make hash browns for Saksham and Ashi to make chilla for Chirag. Gopika asks Ashi what a hash brown is. Ashi tells her that chilla is called hash brown is English. Gopika makes chilla. Ashi takes them and serves to everyone and takes credit while Gopika gets scolded for not making breakfast. Mithila asks Gopika if she knows cooking and gives them another task of making MODAKS for Ganpati festival. Ashi says that they will make it together. Mithila stops her and says that they must make 50 MODAKS each and offer them separately. Ashi calls Ramila and tells about MODAK. Ramila says she will do something.
