This week, Ramila ask Hiten to bring 50 MODAKS from the market. The voice is breaking, so he cannot hear properly. Gopika does not allow Ashi to touch her MODAKS. Hiten give the package to Ramila. She takes them to the kitchen. Mithila asks her what is in the bag, so she says it is her food. Ashi open the box to see that it has momos instead of MODAK. Ganapati Bappa come home. Everyone welcomes Ganapati ji. Mithila tells Ashi and Gopika to bring their MODAKS. Puja starts and both Gopika and Ashi bring their plates of PRASAD covered with cloth. Ramila exchanges the plates during AARTI. Pandit ji lifts the cloth and sees momos there. Gopika is shocked and thinks how come her MODAKS have coriander leaves.
Pandit ji is offering the momos to Ganapati when Gopika runs and stops him. She takes the momo from Pandit ji’s hands and stuff it in her mouth. Mithila asks her the reason for her behaviour. Gopika says they cannot offer this to Ganpati as these are not MODAK but momo. Gopika says this plate is not hers and she made MODAK only. Ramila threatens Gopika into accepting to say that she made momos or she will burn all her clothes. Gopika finally says she only made the momos. Ramila tells Mithila that Gopika is modern so she never took interest in kitchen work. She tried to make MODAK by looking at internet and got the wrong recipe. Mithila asks Gopika to tell the truth in front of Ganapati ji. Gopika admits to making momos. Mithila says she has accepted her mistake, so she must accept her punishment too. Mithila says she will not be a part of any of Ganapati functions.
Ramila tells Ashi to be careful as Mithila is very sharp. Mithila says to Ba she wonders if she chose a wrong wife for Saksham. She says she cannot tolerate timid people who just cry for their misfortune. Gopika cries in front of Ganpati ji that He knows the truth and he should show her the way. A mouse comes there. VJ calls Tejal and asks her to meet him. Ashi makes a lots of mistakes on the VISARJAN puja. Mithila scolds her for not completing any preparation. Mithila asks where the LADDUS are for PRASAD. Ashi looks for them and sees the mouse. Ashi sees Gopika and pulls her into the kitchen. She asks Gopika to help her. Gopika says she cannot as Mithila has prohibited her.
Ashi emotionally blackmails her, so Gopika agrees to help her. Mithila asks Ganapati ji to give her a sign if Gopika is not the choice. Ashi orders Gopika to do all the work. Mouse comes there and the plate falls. Ashi tells her to clean while she sits. Ba and Mithila see all this. Mithila tells Ashi to do everything herself. She tells Gopika to go to her room and not participate in puja. Ba speaks to Gopika and she tells her what happened. Ba says it is a good omen if mouse comes in house. Gopika says she can take the MUSHAK’s blessings. Ashi puts rat poison in laddus to kill the mouse. Gopika finds the bottle and asks Saksham what it is. Saksham ignores her.
Ashi tells Gopika about the rat poison in the laddu. Gopika tries to stop her but she does not stop. Mithila asks Ramila that she told Gopika is well educated, determined and brave. Ramila says that is right. Mithila says if she came to know that she lied then both her daughters and she will be held responsible. Rashi tells everyone that she put put poison for the mouse. Gopika saves the MUSHAK by making a trail of laddu. Ashi gets furious at Gopika for spoiling her plan. Mithila tells Ba that they will come to know the truth today. She goes to Gopika’s room. Ramila makes Gopika scold Ashi for her mistake. Mithila goes back satisfied. She asks Gopika to do the evil eye ritual as she is the elder daughter in law. She says she had a few doubts which have cleared now. Gopika gets emotional.
