This week, Mithila tells Gopika to do the evil eye ritual as she is the elder BAHU. She calls Gopika to do VISARJAN with Saksham. Mr. Modi tells Mithila that Saksham still looks unhappy at the thought of a child. Mithila says she has full confidence on Gopika. Meenal give 30 roses bouquet for Meenal and Keshav’s wedding anniversary. Mithila tells Gopika that every year Keshav brings a gift for Meenal which she gives to Meenal, but this year she wants Saksham and Gopika to give that gift to Meenal. Mithila gives a ring worth Rs. 2 crore to Gopika for safekeeping. Ramila tells Ashi her plan. Ashi goes to pick the ring but Gopika has put PAPAD in front of the chest and that makes noise.
Gopika asks what Ashi is doing there. Ashi pushes her to talk about her nightmares about her father’s death. Gopika faints and Ashi steals the ring. Party starts. Mithila calls for Gopika. Gopika gets up and finds it missing. Ramila and Ashi lose the ring and it ends up getting stuck on a tree branch. Mithila tells Saksham and Chirag to look for Gopika and Ashi. Gopika sees the ring. Ramila and Ashi convince her to climb the ladder to retrieve the ring.
Gopika is scared but Ramila eggs her on. She takes out the ring but refuses to throw it down. Ramila shakes the ladder and she falls. Ashi catches the ring. They go from there, leaving Gopika on the floor. Ashi brings back the ring. Gopika follows her. Gopika tells that Ashi saved the ring from thief and she retrieved it from the tree. Saksham brings food for Gopika in her room so she does not feel weak during the fast. Mithila tells Gopika to do the inauguration of the Navratri PANDAL.
Uma ben comes and asks them to stop. She says now that the next generation is taking over the rituals, she wants the best BAHU to get this honour of inaugurating the PANDAL. Mithila announces a competition that all BAHUS will have prove their fearlessness and capability. She says she is confident that her daughter in law Gopika will win it. Uma says she should not mislead others that Gopika is her daughter in law as Saksham is Meenal’s son not hers. Gopika says Saksham is Mithila’s son just as Yashoda was Krishna’s mother. She says bringing up a child is an even bigger blessing than giving birth. Tejal announces the first event to decorate Devi Ma’s idol with sarees kept there. Everyone rushes to pick up the sarees and jewellery. Gopika finally manages to get one saree but haldi falls on it and it gets stained. Gopika washes the saree to remove the stain. Ashi tells Gopika to dry the saree in the microwave. Gopika puts the saree in the microwave and switches it on for 2 minutes. Microwave starts beeping and smoking.
Gopika turns off the switch and takes out the saree. She sees that it is burnt. Ramila and Ashi make fun of Gopika and Mithila. Ramila says Mithila will realise how dumb Gopika is and throw her out of Modi house. Mithila finds the burnt piece and Ashi tells her that it is piece of saree that Gopika had to decorate with. VJ tells that he is only using Tejal to increase his followers. Hiten hears this and tries to tell Tejal, but she does not believe him. VJ manages to convince Tejal to go to her house to make a video. Gopika thinks of an idea and decorates the idol beautifully with flowers. Mithila is very happy to see that. Ramila wears the getup of MAHISHASURA to scare Gopika. Gopika faints out of fear. Ramila hides and thinks now Mithila must see her.
