At the beginning, Doctor said that Ruhi need to take rest. Pihu takes Ruhi inside. Rudraksh gets relieved that Ruhi is fine. He wonders that why she did all this. Preesha asks Doctor that what happened to Ruhi. Doctor tells her that Ruhi lost her memory temporarily because of her head injury. He says that Ruhi can’t handle shock so they have to make sure that Ruhi lives happily. He asks her to fulfill all of Ruhi’s wish. He tells Prem that Ruhi has to stay with him now. Armaan says that that’s not possible. Preesha asks him that what is he saying. He tells her that this is Rudraksh’s plan to keep Ruhi with her. He adds that Ruhi is acting.
She tells him that she can understand Ruhi’s pain because she also lost her memories. She says that she don’t want Ruhi to feel lonely. She decides to keep Ruhi with her until Ruhi becomes fine. She asks him to trust Doctor atleast. She thanks Doctor for coming there to examine Ruhi. Saaransh thinks that their plan is hit. He decides to do something so he also stays with Ruhi. He thanks Preesha. He tells her that he can’t let Ruhi stay there alone. Preesha tells him that she is with Ruhi. He tells her that she is not their mother. He says that he can’t stay without Ruhi. She tells him to stay there. Armaan gets shocked hearing her. Rudraksh thinks that his kids are smart.
Sharda tells Preesha that Ruhi can’t stay there because Rudraksh won’t allow it. Armaan says that it’s not safe to let Ruhi stay with stranger. Preesha tells Sharda that she will take care of kids. Saaransh tells Preesha that no need of that. He says that he and Sharda can convince Rudraksh. Preesha tells Sharda that Ruhi is like her daughter so she can do anything for her. She asks Vidyut to disguise as gardener. Vidyut tells her that he will bring Rudraksh’s outfit. She sends message to Saaransh. Saaransh tells Ruhi’s plan to Sharda. He says that Preesha may remember the past seeing Khurana mansion.
