At the beginning of the episode, Preesha comes to court and sees her mother. Vasudha hugs her and tells her that they have hired the best lawyer for her. She asks her to don’t worry. Then Armaan comes he stops after seeing Preesha, but Digvijay asks him to come. He tells Armaan that they are here for the justice of Devika and now he shouldn’t care about Preesha. Preesha goes to the witness box. The court proceedings have started. Devika’s lawyer tells the judge that Preesha has done the murder of Devika.
He tells the Story that Rudra is her ex-husband and she is not able to see him getting married to someone else. He proves this by calling Devika’s makeup artist a witness. Preesha’s lawyer cross-examines the witness and says that if she doesn’t see Preesha while doing Devika’s murder then it’s not necessary that Preesha has done all this. Then Devika’s lawyer tells the judge about the timings and the judge says that the statement of a make-up artist is admissible in court. On the other hand, the dry cleaner comes to Rudra’s house and he brings the sarees. He gives Rudra a hairpin and tells him that he find this in one of the sarees.
Rudra knows that the hairpin belongs to sulochana. He tells this to Sharada. And in front of Sulochana, he tells Sharada that he receives a phone call from the police station that they find a piece of saree cloth and that it most probably belongs to the murderer. Sharda says this is good news. Then Sulochana goes to her room and checks her saree. She says that the saree is perfectly fine and there is no cut then why Rudra has said that police has found a piece of saree cloth.
Rudra says because he got to know that she goes to meet Devika. He tells her that he is lying to caught her red-handed. He asks her why she lied to everyone and hides this important thing from them. He shouts at her and asks her has she done the murder of Devika. Meanwhile, Devika’s lawyer calls the forensic doctor and by his testimony, he clears that Preesha has done this murder. Preesha’s lawyer in her defense says that maybe someone else has come there and hit Devika from behind. Then Devika’s lawyer calls Armaan as the witness and asks him did he already knows about Preesha’s ex-husband. He says no. Then the lawyer says that by this it is cleared that Preesha has done this with all the planning.
Upcoming story- Rudra ask Sulochana to say something. She says that she hasn’t done anything. The judge announces the judgment and made Preesha guilty of Devika’s murder.
