At the beginning of the episode, Mahima said you would only get your money after you will kill Gautam. Yuvraj went there, and the police started acting of crying in front of them to let him inside. Yuvraj thought of escaping from there for a while.

Mahima went near Gautam and forcefully injected him on his neck, and he started breathing heavily. Preesha came there, and Mahima came out at the same time but Preesha was unable to recognize her. Preesha went inside and saw Gautam was breathing heavily, and his heartbeats were very low.
After a few minutes Gautam lost his heartbeats. Preesha said, them to bring a shocker and tried to save him by giving him shocks. Mahima escaped from there sitting in a car with Yuvraj. Gautam survived at last, and Preesha was happy to see him back. Mahima came back home and slept secretly. Rudraksh came to that room and cross-checked that Mahima is there or not. Preesha requested him to come here.
