At the beginning of the episode, Doctor thanked Preesha for saving the patient. Gautam acknowledged to them that Mahima injected him. Rudraksh was confused as he saw Mahima sleeping with Saranash. Preesha recalled the last moment as she meets with her but unable to recognize her. Preesha and Rudraksh predicted that someone is helping her. Preesha and Rudrakash to shift Gautam to a safer place. Rudraksh said sorry to him for risking his life. Gautam was ready to help them as she also cheated on him. Preesha came back home from the hospital. Preesha said sorry for saying negative things for Mahima.
Sharadha hugged her and said I just scolded you in anger but I love you. Suddenly Mahima came there and settled. Preesha received a call from the police and she went aside and genuinely revealed that Gautam is still alive and he is in the hotel. Mahima overhears this conversation and went from there to kill him. Preesha informed Rudrakash that she left from there. Mahima changed her look and went there. Mahima noticed Rudrakash and made him engage by revealing his presence to his fans. Mahima took a get-up of the waiter and went to Gautam’s room. Mahima took out a knife and scared him by revealing his face.
Gautam was about to escape but Mahima stopped him. Mahima said after so many attempts you still survived but now I would stay here to see you dying. Suddenly Preesha came there recording her and said him to leave as I had all your recordings. Mahima put a Knife on his neck and said Preesha to delete all recording or else I would kill him. Preesha was confused about what to do. Preesha said I would not tell anyone but Mahima was not believing him. Preesha deleted the last recording and Mahima left him alive. Mahima was leaving from there and Preesha dragged her and said I know everything about you. Preesha said you betrayed your family too.
