At the beginning of the episode, Rudra is so angry and he says how could Kabir do this to me. I have done so much for him. He says now I’ll fight this case. He calls his family lawyer and explains him the situation but he denies fighting this case. He says that because of the cyclone he can’t get out of his house and he don’t know any lawyer in Goa to refer him. Then Yuvraj comes and says I can help you to fight this case.
Rudra says but why you want to help us. He says this is not the first time I’m helping you. You guys can trust me because I’m the only one who can help you right now. He says I know only you guys can take care of Saransh. Then Rudra agrees and says ok. Sulochana watches everything. Then Sulochana stops Yuvraj and says you are with us then why you are helping Rudra and Preesha. She says you are like a chameleon. Then Yuvraj says that the way you slaps Kabir just to get Rudra’s trust; same I’m doing I’m going to fight their case but not let them win.
The next day in the court Mishka and Kabir’s lawyer start the proceedings. She says that this case is filed for the custody of Saransh Khurana because he is not safe with Preesha and Rudraksh. He is mentally and physically tortured. she calls Dr. D Souza as a witness. Rudra interrupts and says that this doctor has already considered us wrong don’t believe him. The judge asks him to stop and maintain the decorum of the court. Then the doctor says that Preesha has given the sleeping pills to Saransh and he is not safe with them.
Then Yuvraj says to the doctor have you seen this kind of case before. He says yes. Then he asks him to differentiate between the two pills and to find out which is a sleeping pill and which is vitamin c. But he can’t differentiate between them. Then Yuvraj says you are also a reputed doctor still you can’t differentiate between them, then how can you expect from my client to do so. She doesn’t have superpowers. He asks him to tell the court that this mistake could have done by you also. To which the doctor agrees in court.
