In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu says to Akshu that the investigator sent him a video but it was too blurry and he couldn’t figure out anything from it. Kairav comes to the ward and says to Akshu that he is so glad that she is awake and tells her that Arohi is mumbling her name in sleep. She tries to get out of the bed but fails, Abhimanyu says to her that he will help her to get to her room. She gets to the room and holds Arohi, she mumbles to her to not tell the truth. Akshu hears this and thinks to herself that she has to tell Abhimanyu everything before he hears everything.
She goes to Abhimanyu and says that she has to tell him something, he says he understands and will wait outside for her as he knows the chemistry between him and Arohi isn’t good. Outside, Anand says that if the corridors are crowded the patients feel uncomfortable. The Goenka’s go to the cafeteria. Mahima while leaving looks inside the ward with doubtful eyes.
Manish says to Suvarna that how did both of their daughters fall unconscious. Suvarna says that Arohi didn’t take care of herself and was in surgery for the whole night and Akshu took stress from the wedding. Manish says but Akshu should be happy instead as she is getting someone like Abhimanyu as a life partner who opened a department for her. The Birla’s show their concerns regarding decisions Abhimanyu is making focused on Akshu.
Arohi gains consciousness and asks Akshu if she told everyone the truth. She says that she falled unconscious before she told everyone the truth, she asks her if she told everyone the truth and if everyone hates her. Akshj says that he hasn’t told everyone anything yet. Arohi says to her this is what her God also wants or else the truth would have been revealed. Abhimanyu comes to Arohi’s ward and asks Akshu what is happening. He says that something happened between them as Arohi screamed. Arohi says that she asked Akshu how she gets everything easily.
Abhimanyu holds Akshu’s hand and calls a staff to take care of Arohi. He says to Akshu that he has to speak to her and takes her to his cabin. The junior doctor comes and asks Abhimanyu to come with him, he leaves. Akshu after sometime hears someone coming inside the cabin, and asks Abhimanyu to wait as she cannot tell the truth looking at his face.
Akshu says that they were involved in Manjuri’s accident. Mahima hears the truth and leaves angrily.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu and Akshu come behind Arohi to Goenka house. He comes with the police and says that Akshu has told him the truth and she had done Manjuri’s accident. He asks the inspector to make the arrest.
