At the beginning of the episode, Kartik is leaving for Udaipur and Sirat is crying. Uncle and Aunty ask Sirat why she isn’t leaving with Kartik. They say they understand that Sirat doesn’t want to trouble his family but she is the one who could ease their troubles. Sirat asks them if she should really leave, they nod. Before Sirat could stop Kartik he drives away. The old couple tells Sirat that she should run behind him just like in the movie Simran runs behind Raj and catches him. Sirat takes her cycle and follows Kartik. Sirat stops her cycle in front of his car.
At Goenka’s house, everyone prepares for “teej” and for a showcase of the jewelry at the same time. Suhasini hears Kairav saying that he wishes somebody was there to pray for Kartik’s long life also. She thinks to herself that even kids understand that their father needs somebody in their life. Manish praises the decoration. Surekha says that tomorrow it’s going to be even more fun in the house.
The next morning the cab arrives at Goenka’s house Kartik and Sirat get down. Sirat contemplates going inside and tells Kartik that Manish wouldn’t like her being here. Kartik tells her that he is not letting Sirat go back after she has come so long and he holds Sirat’s hand and takes her inside. Manish goes to open the door, everyone is shocked to see Kartik with Sirat at the door.
Manish asks Kartik to come inside and asks him to send her away. Kartik says that she is here for them so that she could clear the Goenka’s name from this case and restore their reputation. Manish says he doesn’t want Sirat’s help. Manish asks how Kartik did this to his father after they didn’t speak because of Sirat for the past 6 months. Kartik says Sirat is not to blame for that. Manish takes Sirat’s hand to drag her outside.
Kartik announces that Sirat is his wife now and he cannot throw her out of the house. Manish leaves Sirat’s hand and stands shocked. Surekha accuses Sirat of being cunning and getting married to Kartik for money. Swarna asks her to shut up. Manish goes to his room. Kartik stops Sirat from telling them the truth and tells her that now what has happened they don’t need to justify. Swarna asks Kartik to take Sirat to his room. In the room, Sirat closes the door behind and asks Kartik why he lied. Kartik says he could not see Manish throw her out of the house and didn’t think too much and said what he needed to, to stop Sirat from leaving.
Upcoming- Sirat tells Kartik that now people will make more noise regarding them. Sirat asks Kartik if this is how he is going to restore his family’s name. He says he doesn’t know right now what to do but he doesn’t want her to be upset. Sirat tells him that now she would have to hear taunts of his family and he has to hear taunts of the world.
