Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 11th March 2023 Written Update, Manjiri cries thinking why doctors not telling anything. She thinks someone should tell her what is going on. Mahima says there is much blood loss. Anand says because of blood loss Abhimanyu’s blood pressure is low and he is sinking. Mahima says they can’t lose Abhimanyu as he is there child. She asks Abhimanyu to fight back. Rohan too asks Abhimanyu to fight back.
Abhir walks on the road to meet Abhimanyu. Muskaan checks and says kids sleep. She finds Abhir is missing. Muskaan looks for Abhir. Two men out there sees Abhir. They decide to kidnap him thinking he belongs to a rich family. Abhir runs on the road. Manjiri learn from Rohan that Abhimanyu is sinking. Rohan tells to Manjiri that they are losing Manjiri. Goenkas and Birlas gets shocked.
Akshara asks Muskaan if Abhir and Ruhi slept. Muskaan lie to Akshara. She informs Kairav that Abhir is missing. Muskaan tells to Kairav that Abhir went alone to meet Abhimanyu. Kairav and Muskaan decide to search for Abhir. Manjiri cries and think God can’t snatch her both the son. She asks God to do some miracle. Parth console Manjiri.
Mahima says to Anand that operation is done but Abhimanyu is repeatedly sinking. Anand asks to wait for next 24 hours. Kairav and Muskaan find Abhir. Abhir pleads Kairav and Muskaan to take him to Abhimanyu. Muskaan informs Akshara and Abhinav that Abhir is with her. She asks Akshara and Abhinav to relax and Kairav is with them. Kairav and Muskaan asks Abhir to go back home. Abhir pleads Kairav to take him to Abhimanyu.
Akshara gets furious on Abhir for going to the hospital without informing. She decides to scold him. Abhinav ask Akshara not to lose her cool as Abhir and Abhimanyu are related by blood thus attracted towards each other.
Abhir decide to meet Abhimanyu at any cost. He prays for Abhimanyu. He asks Abhimanyu to wake up. Abhimanyu gets stable. Akshara comes to the hospital. Manjiri stares at Akshara. Manish asks Aksahra what she is doing here. Akshara tells about Abhir. Manjiri, Manish, Arohi and others get stunned seeing Abhir with Abhimanyu. Manjiri think Akshara’s child is with Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu’s pulses revive. Mahima says it is a good sign. She goes to check Abhimanyu. Mahima asks Abhir to let Abhimanyu rest. Abhir asks Abhimanyu to wake up soon. He assures Abhimanyu that he will take care of Ruhi too.
Manjiri gets happy. Abhir asks Manjiri not to cry as Abhimanyu will recover soon. Akshara and Abhinav take Abhir back. Abhir demands Akshara to make him meet Abhimanyu post he gets his consciousness back.
Precap: Arohi asks Akshara to go back to Kasauli. Abhimanyu asks Abhinav to return Akshara. Abhinav says to Abhimanyu that destiny gave Akshara to him. Abhimanyu says to Abhinav that he came in between him and Akshara
