In the beginning of the episode, When Abhimanyu comes out of the ward, Neil stops him and asks him by what right he’s taking care of Akshu as she is nobody to him and he’s getting married to her sister. Abhimanyu says to him that he doesn’t know what right he has but he’ll still take care of her. Meanwhile, Mahima enters the ward and asks Arohi to take her family and leave or wait in the lounge as only senior doctors can handle such sensitive cases. Arohi takes her family out. Mahima thinks to herself that she asked the Goenka’s to leave as she wants Abhimanyu to stay close to Akshu. Abhimanyu comes to the ward and tells Mahima that he’ll stay back and she can go back to her work. Abhimanyu stays by Akshu’s bed the whole night holding her hand.
When Akshu is about to wake up, Abhimanyu leaves and Rohan comes and sits by her side. She thinks that he saved her and thanks him and says that he has always helped her. Rohan says to her that the nurse will come and clean her wounds. She asks about her family, he says to her that they’ll be there soon. Abhimanyu sees her from outside the ward.
Abhimanyu rushes near Mahadev’s idol and thanks him for saving Akshu. Meanwhile, Nurse comes to her ward with a bouquet. She tells her that the bouquet from the hospital’s side and her family will soon be with her. She asks the nurse to give one rose from the bouquet to the doctor who saved her, she says to give it to Rohan. Nurse corrects her and says that Abhimanyu saved her, and Rohan was just there to assist. She says to her to not stress to talk as she can’t exhaust herself trying to talk as her vocal cords are in danger.
Akshu asks the nurse to tell her what happened. The nurse says that she has been in this hospital for long and knows Abhimanyu since he was a child, and has never seen him panic when seeing a patient. She tells him that Abhimanyu freezed when he saw her in the operation theater, she gives her every detail and then takes leave. Akshu says to herself why Abhimanyu loves her so much and does so much for and sees her hand with Abhimanyu’s face on it and gets emotional.
Abhimanyu in his office calls Manjuri and asks her if she can come to the hospital. She tells him that she is going to the temple to pray for his marriage. He tells her to also pray for Akshu’s recovery. Abhimanyu after the call, thinks to himself what is their relationship that they can’t keep away from each other and destiny always collides their paths.
Upcoming- Akshu wakes and says to Arohi that before the accident she asked her question that she didn’t reply to, so she wants the truth. Later, Akshu hears Arohi’s conversation with someone about the exams and contemplates her decision of leaving Abhimanyu for Arohi’s sake.
