In the beginning of the episode, The Goenka family reach the Birla house. Manish calls out Harshwardhan. He says to him that if he is here to apologize then he can come inside as finally he has realized that he has made a mistake, or not stay back. Manish says to him to remember all of this for later on. He calls Anisha, the whole Birla family gets shocked seeing her. Manish tells them that their daughter came to their house and said she is in love with Kairav. Parth says how can that be possible as she stays away. Manish says they think that he is lying and has manipulated their daughter to do so too. Abhimanyu, Akshu and Kairav arrive in a haste to the Birla house.
Kairav reaches there and says that he and Anisha met and then fell in love and she became his girlfriend. He then says but now she is an ex, he has broken up with her. Abhimanyu says to Kairav that he should stop thinking about everyone and confess his love. Manish says to him to stop instigating his son. He says to him why he always blames him for everything. He says because he first created problems in their daughters life and then now trying to instigate his son.
Kairav before leaving says that Anisha is not to be blamed, so not to say anything to her. Abhimanyu says to Kairav to stop showing concern for his sister if he is breaking ties. He says Akshu also before did this sometimes yes and then no. He says to him if he loves her then should admit it. Akshu stands in between them and says to Abhimanyu to stop. Manish asks them to leave, Kairav holds Akshu’s hand and takes her with him.
Abhimanyu thinks to himself that Akshu isn’t even turning to see him, she thinks to herself that she doesn’t want to see his angry face. After they leave, Abhimanyu says he has said what he had to , now they should ask Anisha. He looks at her and says that she will defend herself. Mahima says she has left her out of nowhere. Anand says that he is a renowned surgeon of the city but, because of Anisha he’s identity is of a runaway girl’s father. Goenka’s reach home and Manish asks Kairav to stay back. He says he won’t be able to answer anyone today.
Abhimanyu says that they should now forget everything as she has returned after so long. Anisha says to him to not defend her as her parents name and status mean more than their kids. She says she got tired of the pressure as only doctors have any identity in their eyes, she faints and Abhimanyu takes her to the room.
Upcoming- Akshu and Abhimanyu hug in her room. He says that a good doctor cannot become a good spy, Arohi comes in front and says what is he doing here. Akshu says that he came to meet her, she says that she will call Manish and screams his name.
