At the beginning of the episode, Sirat saves Kairav from falling from the stool. Kartik asks him if he is well, Kairav tells everyone that he is fine. Suvarna says that they’ll get some snacks. Kartik thanks her, Sirat says that he doesn’t need to thank her as she is Kairav’s mother. Kartik tells her that he is not thanking her for saving Kairav, he is thanking her for being in their life and completing it as he would always worry about how he’ll take care of Kairav and Akshu alone. He says the family was with him but Sirat completes his sentence that he didn’t have a life partner. She tells him that he’ll always have her now.
Suvarna brings the last cupcake and asks who’ll eat it. Both Kartik and Kairav scream. Kartik says that Kairav can have it, he replies that he wants to have the cupcake fair and square. Manish is proud to hear Kairav say that. Vansh tells them that whoever picks the cupcake first wins, both of them pick it at the same time. Sirat decides that Kairav has won, Kartik says that she is being partial. Sirat tells him that in any situation she has to choose between someone else and Kairav and Akshu, she’ll choose her kids. Kartik says that he loves her even more for that.
The next morning, Ladies prepare for Ganesh Chaturthi and make sweets. Akhilesh asks them if they’ll get breakfast. Suvarna tells him that they’ll have breakfast after the Ganesh puja. Vansh and Kairav see chocolate Modak and get happy, they ask whose idea it was. Gayu tells them that Sirat made it. Sirat asks everyone’s permission to make Ganpati Bappa at home. Kairav says they should also make a pond to do the Visarjan.
Sirat molds a baby Ganpati Bappa. She says to herself that she was aiming to make the adult idol but Ganesh ji had his own plans. She sees a baby on their doorstep in a basket and wonders it’s neither Akshu nor Vatsal. She imagines the baby and hugs Kairav.
Kairav and Vansh lie to everyone that they got early discharged from the school as it was half-day. Sirat says that the teacher should have informed them before sending the kids back home. Sirat thinks that something is wrong seeing the hesitation on Kairav’s face. Kairav tells Vansh in their room that he’s scared of everyone if they come to know the truth.
Kartik sees Sirat worried and asks her. She tells him that the teacher shouldn’t have let the kids go like that from school. Kartik says he’ll speak to the teacher. Sirat struggles to make Rangoli, Surekha sees that and goes to call Suhasini to turn her against her. Kartik comes and helps her make the Rangoli.
Upcoming- Kartik and Sirat dance and welcome Ganesh ji to their house. Sirat gets a call from the school. She gets angry at Kairav, he apologizes to her but she refuses to forgive. Suvarna tells her to forgive them as they have realized their mistake. Surekha says that Sirat doesn’t care as Kairav isn’t her own son.
