In the beginning of the episode, Akshu in her room wonders if she and Abhimanyu are overreacting and should speak to each other. Abhimanyu comes to the window and she asks him to come inside. He says he noticed Manish holding his arm so he is in some kind of pain, so he brought some medicine and asked her to get a few tests done. He says he is leaving, she says to herself that she should have hugged him and stopped him from going. Abhimanyu comes back and says to her that he doesn’t want to leave and stay longer. She says to him she also wants him to stay and helps him come inside, he falls and she catches him. She says to him that she got scared and wondered if some day they really had a fight, he says he tries to control his anger but it gets very tough for him.
Akshu and Abhimanyu hug in her room. He says that a good doctor cannot become a good spy, Arohi comes in front and says what is he doing here. Akshu says that he came to meet her, as in Birla house after what happened they also were upset with each other. She says to them even Manish is angry, he says to her that she is trying to blackmail him. He says to her that he came to give medicine for Manish. She says that she will call Manish and screams his name. Abhimanyu hides and Akshu says to Arohi to not give any more stress to Manish. Manish comes and she says to him that she wants to do his check-up. After he leaves she says to Akshu that Abhimanyu should not come again here.
Anisha is leaving the house, Neil says to her to stay back. She says to him that she knows that he and Abhimanyu really love her. Parth says from behind to let her go, she says that her own brother wants her to leave. He says that she never tried to understand him. Anand comes and says she can leave as this time she won’t run away. She says that’s the problem that her parents don’t want to understand and that’s why she ran away.
She leaves and Abhimanyu brings her inside and says she is going to stay. He says that he is shocked that nobody else tried to stop her. He says to them to forgive her and move on. Mahima tells him to stop his lecture. Meanwhile, Manish comes with food for Kairav and sees his painting and asks him why he has locked his heart. He says to him that he feels that he has something unsaid about Anisha. Kairav hugs him and says that already the family’s were having issues with Akshu and Abhimanyu’s situation, he didn’t want to increase them with his and Anisha’s relationship.
Upcoming- Akshu calls Abhimanyu crying that she misses him, he says he misses her too. She then tells him that she is today also very much missing her mother’s presence, then a surprise awaits for her.
