In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu walks past Arohi while asking him to stop there. He reaches Akshu and puts the bangles and says he is sure that he found the right wrist. Niel laughs and says to see who he put the bangle on. Abhimanyu is happy to see Akshu, Arohi gets jealous. Arohi goes to Akshu and harshly removes the bangle from her wrist, Abhimanyu asks her what she is doing. Arohi asks him back what he did correcting it, Akshu says Arohi is right he should put the bangle on Arohi’s wrist. Abhimanyu stands stunt when the families say they should carry on with the function.
Manjuri puts the auspicious veil over Arohi and says to everyone that she has always only wished for Abhimanyu’s happiness and nothing else and it’s his Tilak ceremony. Manjuri says she always knew that her and Abhimanyu’s choice will be the same as hers, they know each very well. Manjuri makes Abhimanyu sit with Arohi on the couch. Abhimanyu says to Manjuri that the rituals can’t be performed. He goes towards Akshu and looks her in the eye and says he is in love with her and not Arohi. Manjuri says what he is saying.
He says to Manjuri that the prayer she asks for his happiness is in front of him. He says to Akshu to tell everyone that she also felt the love as he felt it. Harshwardhan interrupts him and Abhimanyu screams that he is clearing the confusion and talking to his Akshu. He tries to put the bangle on her wrist, Akshu takes back her hand after seeing Arohi behind. Everyone is shocked while Mahima has a sly smile on her face.
Abhimanyu asks Akshu to tell everyone the truth and say that she also loves him. Kairav screams at Abhimanyu to call his sister by her full name Akshara.
Kairav says to Abhimanyu that he was right to doubt him and his intentions as he played with his sister’s feelings and kept them in the dark. Abhimanyu gets angry by his accusations and says to him that he is not a scoundrel and he didn’t cheat on his sister’s. Kairav says but your intentions, Abhimanyu replies by saying that he never said or did anything to confuse Arohi. Manjuri says to him to not destroy things further. He says to Manjuri that to solve the confusion it’s important that Akshu says something. He says he’ll tell the truth from the beginning, he says he fell in love with Akshu’s voice and he asked for Akshu in the wishing pond and came to their house to ask for Akshu’s hand in marriage.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu holds Akshu’s hand and says to not remain silent as her silence is just leading to more allegations on him. When Akshu looks down and doesn’t say anything, he says that he fell in love and it’s not a mistake and says but his love today destroyed his reputation. He leaves the Goenka house upset.
