At the beginning of the episode, Suhasini tells Suvarna not to feel bad about what her friend said about her stepmother. She says that her friend is an outsider and her opinion doesn’t matter to her. She says that she felt confident when she took her aside and said that she was the best mother. Suhasini says of course she will take her side as she truly believes that there could not be a better mother for Kirti and Kartik. Suvarna thanks and hugs her for the appreciation.
Kairav and Sirat walk down the stairs, Kairav is teaching her English. Gayu asks her why she is practicing English. Sirat tells her that soon she is going to compete in an international tournament and when somebody asks her questions she doesn’t want to fall short. Kartik enters and asks Sirat what the doctor said about her health. Everyone panics and asks her what happened. Sirat says she fainted but she is feeling better.
At the dining table, she smells the soup and says the strong smell of it is making her feel like vomiting. In Kairav’s room, she is feeding Akshu, Kairav asks her to feed him at the same time as she has two hands for the two kids she has. Sirat asks him what if she had more kids, he says someone would complain all the time. Suvarna asks Sirat to take out some of Kirti’s old clothes for Akshu.
Sirat goes to the storeroom to bring the clothes. Kartik follows her inside and says to her that this is the perfect place to spend some alone time as in their room some or the other person disturbs them. They had some romantic moments. Kartik sees a photo of Shubham, Sirat asks if he is a distant relative of his. Kartik tells Sirat that Shubham was his brother and Suvarna’s real son who she kept away from her for Kirti and Kartik.
Suvarna tells Surekha to stop saying things in relation to Sirat being stepmother as she is also one. Surekha says that Suvarna is different, she has always been selfless for the family but she doesn’t think Sirat can do the same. Sirat overhears Surekha telling Suvarna that she gets scared that if Sirat has her own child she wouldn’t give the same love to Akshu. Surekha says and Sirat hasn’t had a good influence on her mother in her life. Sirat says to Surekha that because she hasn’t had a good mother in her life she knows the importance of it.
The doctor calls Sirat to come to the clinic. At the clinic, The doctor tells Sirat that she is pregnant and she should share this news with her family. She outside of the clinic happily calls Kartik to give him the news. Before she could say something Kartik apologized to her for what Surekha told her. Sirat becomes numb thinking of what Surekha said about her having her own child.
Upcoming- Kartik opens his bag and a pregnancy report falls, he is shocked to read its content. Back at home, Sirat asks him if he is angry, Kartik tells her when someone who you fully trust hides something it hurts. He asks if she thought she’ll hide the truth from him.
