In the beginning of the episode, Mahima sends a waiter to the detective with an envelope. The detective drops the envelope, it comes under Arohi’s feet and she picks it up and puts it on the table. Abhimanyu gives Akshu water to drink, she says she has to ask Kumar Sanu a question and drops water on the envelope and gets it wet. Abhimanyu picks it to dry, Neil comes and asks him to come with as everyone is waiting for him.
The detective waits to tell Abhimanyu as he sees him with the family. He gets clear video footage of the car and says to himself that now he has to tell Abhimanyu. Kumar Sanu sings the last song of the day, Abhimanyu goes to leave him outside. The detective shows the footage to Abhimanyu. He says that the car was of Arohi Goenka and there was another girl with her in the car. Abhimanyu asks him if he is sure, the detective says he is sure as he saw the footage and it’s very clear. Abhimanyu gets shocked.
Abhimanyu says to himself that Akshu cannot do that to him, he says she wouldn’t hide such a thing from him. He has a flashback of Akshu telling him that she had an accident. He throws his jacket and runs off on the road. Akshu waits for him, Neil brings her something to drink and asks her to relax as Abhimanyu would be back. Abhimanyu runs off to the jungle, and has flashbacks of Akshu keeping her family above him and Harshwardhan saying to not blindly trust anyone.
Abhimanyu stumbles and falls down. Meanwhile, Akshu gets anxious for Abhimanyu, she says to herself why she is feeling like this and her hand hits the tray and the glasses fall. The family asks if she is okay, then they look for Abhimanyu. Anand’s son says that he thinks Abhimanyu has gone to see their neighbor as he is sick. The Goenka’s rake leaves.
Akshu after reaching home starts dancing. Everyone says to her that she has gone mad and how she is not tired. Akshu asks everyone to worry as they have to prepare for other ceremonies as well. Arohi says they don’t have tk worry about anything as what they had an issue with is solved, everyone looks at her. She covers up by saying as they were looking for Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu breaks down thinking of Akshu keeping the truth from him. Meanwhile, Akshu dances around a cut out of Abhimanyu. Then the family sits together to decide on the mehendi function preparation. Akshu gets a text from Abhimanyu saying that he is sending a cab for her. She reaches the accident location.
Upcoming- Akshu goes to hug Abhimanyu, he stops her. He says to her that a lie can eat a person from inside and destroy relationships. She tries to hold Abhimanyu’s hand but he leaves. In the car she gets a text and says to herself that Abhimanyu brok the wedding.
