Star Plus’s longest and most popular running show Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai has managed to keep the viewers hooked to the story over the years and currently entertaining the viewers with Kartik and Sirat’s storyline.
In last week’s episode we saw that Ranveer asks Sirat will she marry someone else if he is not around. Sirat tell him not to say such a thing as the doctor has said nothing would happen to him and she will never leave his side. Ranveer changes the topic by saying that she looks beautiful and he wants to take a picture.Early in the morning Ranveer and Sirat get ready to leave goenka house to go to their house. Ranveer downstairs wonders whats taking sirat so long. when he opens the voice message section the phone falls from his hand and automatically plays the recording which had Sirat’s confession. He hears the confession where Sirat says that she is not in love with Ranveer and she realised it after the marriage that she is in love with Karthik.Ranveer feels uneasy after hearing the confession and leaves the goenka house. Kartik and Sirat come down from kairav’s room. Sirat notices ranbir missing.
Sirat is worried in the car and keeps try calling Ranveer. Kartik tells Sirat not to worry as she knows that he is already home.Sirat calls Ranveer, he picks the call. Sirat ask Ranveer why he was not picking her call and is he fine. Ranveer says that he is ok and is home. Sirat reaches the home. Both Narendranath and Ranveer watch her being dropped by Kartik. Ranveer gets furious and starts breaking furniture off his room. When Sirat hears the noise she Hurries to her room.Sirat tries to stop Ranveer from breaking furniture. Ranveer then ask so why did she lie to him and get married when she didn’t love him.He tells her that he loved her enough to leave her alone. Sirat says that she is genuinely sorry and asks Ranveer forgiveness. Ranveer says he will expose her truth in front of everyone starting from Kartik.Ranveer drags her out of the room. Ranveer forces her into the car. Ranveer looks at Sirat and tell her she betrayed him and now has nothing to says. To Save themselves from a truck Ranveer takes a hard cut and the car turns.
Sirat gain’s consciousness and sees Ranveer stuck in the car. She tries to take off the seat belt but is not able to. Ranveer gains consciousness. Ranveer asks Sirat to go away and save herself. Sirat says if they live they live together and if they die they die together. Kartik arrives at the scene and helps Sirat remove the seat belt. Kartik removes the seat belt and brings them both out of the car. The car blasts.Ranveer arrives at the venue and is playing all of Sirat’s words in his head and thinking what to do. Ranveer interrupts and says he wants to say few words about sirat first. Sirat gets worried. Ranveer tells everyone that he is very lucky that Sirat is his and even luckier that Sirat wants him close. Ranveer says sirat is honest and completes the task with full ability. Both of them hug. Everybody claps for them. Ranveer asks Sirat to promise him that she will never break off Kartik and her friendship. Ranveer comes to pick sirat from goenka house. He again has a cough and notices blood on it.
In the morning Ranveer calls the doctor and asks about the reports. The doctor informs Ranveer that the toxic from the bullet has spread in his body. Ranveer ask the doctor if he will live. Doctor informs Ranveer that chances are thin. Doctor asks Ranveer to come to the hospital next day and run some few test to make sure his condition. Ranveer is not able to face Sirat so he runs out of the house. Sirat helps a girl from academy practice for her match. Ranveer devastated runs on the road and thinks to himself that he cannot face Sirat as he wouldn’t be able to keep it a secret from her. Kartik sees him on the road and stops him on the side of the road and asks him what happened. Ranveer hugs Kartik and tells him that he is going to die. Ranveer asks Kartik to promise he wouldn’t tell anybody about his health. Kartik in return asks Ranveer to promise that he wouldn’t lose hope as he cannot let his friend die for sure.
Kartik images Naira sitting along with him and helping out him to decide whether to acknowledge Sirat or not. Naira told him you just try to save him and find a good doctor for him.Kartik was willing to go with him but Ranveer texted him to attend the match and after the appointment, I will be there.Sirat’s team won the match and Sirat texted Ranveer to come back fast as I am not able to enjoy the victory without you. Ranveer thought I don’t have time to cry as I need to do a lot of things. Ranveer congratulates him and says I am getting punishment for coming in between you and Sirat. Kartik told him not to speak nonsense and let me know what the doctor told you. Ranveer said I have less time.
Ranveer ask Kartik if he can ask for a favour. Kartik says yes. Ranveer tells Kartik to accept Sirat in his life as a wife and give her a chance again in his heart and make her a part of his family. Kartik asks Ranveer to shut up as it is wrong. Ranveer says he wants Sirat to be happy even when he is not around. Kartik tells Ranveer that he considers Sirat like a friend just as he considers Ranveer. Kartik asks Ranveer to take care of himself and not think about the worst. Ranveer tells Kartik that Sirat loves him. Kartik doesn’t believe him. Ranveer shows the voice note where Sirat confesses her for Kartik. Kartik leaves.Ranveer returns home and congratulates Sirat for the first win. Sirat says she can’t control her excitement and dances around Ranveer.Kartik imagines Naira around him. Kartik tells Naira that Ranveer was way out of his line for asking him to marry Sirat. Naira tells him to put himself in Ranveer’s shoes and think. Naira tells Kartik that he could give Sirat and himself a chance as they would be perfect for each other.
