koIn the beginning of the episode, Akshu says to him that she is very happy to see him, but now he should leave as the center is close to her house and if anyone sees them together everything will go south. He says to her that he traveled so long to come and meet her and she wants to send him away. He says to her if that’s what she wants he’ll leave. Akshu sees him upset and dances to uplift his mood and he joins her. Meanwhile, Arohi comes out of the house saying to herself that it has got very late for Akshu to return, she thinks that she is with Abhimanyu and if her doubt comes to be true she will show Manish her deeds. After the dance they sit together and she says to him that she should go back home or someone will come look for her.
Akshu is leaving when Arohi arrives at the gate. She asks her why she was leaving in a hurry. She sees that Arohi hasn’t seen Abhimanyu. She says to her that she was hurrying back home.
Next morning, Akshu comes down the stairs in a hurry. Kairav asks her where she is hurrying to. She says to him that she has to reach the hospital. Manish stops her from going. She says to him that she doesn’t care about working at Birla hospital, but a kid has his chemotherapy and he wouldn’t let it perform without her as the music relaxes him. Manish allows her and Arohi to get to the hospital and says while returning they should resign the job.
They reach the hospital and Mahima, Anand and Harshwardhan remain shocked to see them. She sings the song for the kid and Abhimanyu comes outside the ward to enjoy the music and says to himself that how can someone not fall in love with her.
Mahima refuses Arohi to be part of her team, she says to her that she is a fraud and she doesn’t like imposters. Abhimanyu meets Akshu in the hallway and takes her to his cabin. He asks her why she looks worried. Akshu gives Abhimanyu her resignation letter. He says to her that she is the best at her job and she helps people. He says to her that they will together convince the family that no matter what her career shouldn’t be sabotaged.
At the same time he receives a call from a girl named Anisha, who asks for his help and says to him to meet her. He leaves Akshu in his cabin and rushes, Harshvardhan sees him rush outside and comes outside his office and Akshu comes outside and hands her resignation when he says that he is firing her from the hospital.
Upcoming- Arohi hears Abhimanyu talk to Anisha and feels weird and calls Akshu to meet her. She tells Akshu about the call she overheard and says that she has a strong feeling that something is wrong. Abhimanyu meets Anisha in a Cafe.
