In the beginning of the episode, Neil comes to Abhimanyu and Akshu’s room. He tells Abhimanyu that Harshwardhan is calling him down. Anand tells Harshwardhan that Mahima has suggested that the new department be named after her mother, he says and he thinks it’s right as their parents gave the land. Harshwardhan asks Anand if he is joking, as giving the land in such old news, and the Birla’s made such a big hospital on it and today made ur so successful. Abhimanyu comes there and Anand tells him that as tomorrow is Birla hospital’s foundation day celebration they have to go and check the arrangements. He thinks to himself that everything is after keeping him and his wife separate, he then gestures to Akshu to go and sleep as he will get late.
In the morning, Abhimanyu prays to God for the hospital and Manjuri and Akshu. He then says to god that he is getting anxious and asks to keep all the problems away. At the dining table, Harshwardhan shares his excitement for the celebration and the publicity. Mahima asks Manjuri if she is coming, Harshvardhan says why will Manjuri come. Abhimanyu comes and says that why won’t Manjuri come as it’s her father’s land, and says if not she is invited as she is his mother. Harshwardhan then says he’s fine with whoever wants to come, but he wants everything to run smoothly.
Harshwardhan asks Neil to read the guests list, Abhimanyu takes it from him and reads it. When Abhimanyu takes Dr. Avni Rathore’s name, both Harshwardhan and Manjuri get shocked. Harshwardhan says the list is fine, only they need to take out one name Avni’s, as she is dead. Manjuri gets nervous and says she will get sugar and Akshu offers to bring it, but Manjuri refuses. Akshu follows Manjuri to the kitchen and asks her what’s wrong, but Manjuri says she is worried as she doesn’t want Harshwardhan to get upset like the last event she attended.
At Goenka’s Vansh reads the invitation to Manish for the hospital’s foundation day. Manish asks Arohi if she is coming with them, she says that she has to handle the first batch of DNA samples so she has to leave early. While leaving for the hospital Arohi says to herself that she gets all the work but no appreciation. Meanwhile, Harshvardhan gets angry at Neil for mixing the names, and then gets awkward when Manjuri brings her bag. Akshu thinks to ask Manjuri, but then says to herself that she has to not interfere as Abhimanyu has asked her to keep distance from everyone’s personal matters.
Upcoming- Arohi after reading the DNA reports comes to Akshu and says to her that she had found that Harshwardhan has illegitimate son, Akshu seriously asks who is he. Arohi says it’s Abhimanyu, Akshj goes to Manjuri and says that she knows why she wanted the DNA test not to be taken.
