In the beginning of the episode, Akshu falls asleep and Abhimanyu sits beside her and says to her that it’s better that she fell asleep as tomorrow is going to be a long day as he has a surprise planned for her. The next morning, Akshu in the garden sees Manjuri coming from outside. She runs towards her and wishes for her anniversary, she asks her where Harshwardhan is as she wants to wish him as well. She feels embarrassed and says to her that Harshwardhan was busy and had to go to work. Akshu asks what they are planning for the anniversary party, Manjuri says to her that they have never celebrated.
Manjuri goes inside the house and meets Abhimanyu, he takes the prasad and takes her blessings. She says to him that he took her blessings but isn’t wishing her for the anniversary, he says who wishes in being destroyed and then apologizes. Manjuri says to him that she doesn’t want him and Harshwardhan to fight today, he says he’ll try. Abhimanyu thinks to himself that his mother is still worried for his father, while he is sure that Harshwardhan wouldn’t even remember his anniversary.
While Akshu thinks to herself that she should call Vansh and Rimmi for planning the anniversary. Abhimanyu comes from behind and she gets surprised and falls down, Abhimanyu and Akshu go daydreaming of their time in Jaipur. Akshu sees Harshwardhan and wishes him on his anniversary and he thanks her. Abhimanyu says to Akshu that he only has one surgery today and he’ll be back home soon, she gives him a kiss on the cheek and bids bye. Akshu thinks to herself that the whole time Abhimanyu is gone and she’ll plan Harshwardhan and Manjuri’s anniversary.
The Goenka’s find out from Arohi that the Birla’s have shut the music department, Arohi tells them that they haven’t even revealed it to all yet and she found it out by some junior who overheard. Kairav says that they have to go and speak to Akshu about it, Manish says they will talk when they meet her at the anniversary party. Arohi returns to the hospital and meets Rudra who tries to flatter her by saying that he wants her to be part of the hospital he’s trying to build, she says she’ll think of coming to the party.
Abhimanyu thinks to himself the whole time he is at work, that when he reaches home he’ll take Akshu on the trip. He has a flashback of his childhood when he heard Harshwardhan speaking rudely to Manjuri and started hating him. Meanwhile, Akshu plans the wedding anniversary and thinks Abhimanyu will get excited to see the party.
