In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu looks in the hay and finds Manjuri and picks her up. Shefali comes to Mahima and tells her that he received Parth’s call, he told her that Manjuri is found but she met with an accident. Meanwhile Kairav and Akshu reach where Abhimanyu’s bike is and Akshu looks for him. Kairav receives a call and tells Akshu that Manjuri has been found and taken to the hospital. Meanwhile Arohi in her room sits and remembers the accident, she says that Manjuri wasn’t hit by her car. She then says even if she was it wasn’t her fault it was Akshu who did it and it is always Akshu’s faults.
Abhimanyu brings an unconscious Manjuri in his arms to the hospital. He screams for a stretcher, Anand and Mahima reach there and ask Abhimanyu about the situation. A doctor says that because the patient is their family member she wants to perform the operation, Anand and Mahima refuse and Abhimanyu says that he will be the one to perform the surgery. Meanwhile, Vansh tells the Goenka’s that Manjuri is found and taken to the hospital. Arohi asks him where did they find Manjuri, he tells her that they found her near the temple. Manish says to Arohi that she is a doctor and she should come with him to the hospital.
Before Abhimanyu goes to the operation theater, Akshu says to him that she knows that he will save their mother’s life. Parth comes and says that they should go in, Abhimanyu gets surprised seeing Parth in the gown. Parth says that he has not practiced for long so he would just assist and has to do it for Manjuri.
The police stop Abhimanyu, Harshvardhan says to the inspector that he will answer their questions and let the doctors go to the operation theater. Abhimanyu says to the police that the accident could have been a mistake, but leaving his mother there to die is not. He asks the police to look for the culprit and he won’t spare them.
Akshu thinks to herself that the person responsible should be punished. Arohi arrives and Akshu hugs her and says to her that the person will pay for the sins. Arohi asks Neil what they have found about Manjuri, he says that she was found near the temple and Arohi gets worried.
Abhimanyu does the operation under emotional stress, Anand and Mahima ask Abhimanyu to leave as they are the specialists and can handle the situation. Abhimanyu comes outside and cries in front of Akshj and says that he is useless as he is not able to do anything for Manjuri. Harshwardhan picks him up and says to Abhimanyu that he is not useless and is the best son they could ask for and a great doctor.
Upcoming- Akshu runs towards the operation theater, she changes into the gown. When she enters, she sees Abhimanyu sitting beside Manjuri’s bed.
