In the beginning of the episode, Next morning, while Abhimanyu performs a surgery he gets distracted hearing Akshu’s singing. Arohi sees him bleeding a little and asks him to go and she will handle rest. Abhimanyu follows the music and opens a ward where Akshu sings for a few patients. He asks her to come with him to his office as he wants to talk to her. In the office he says to her that when he asked her not to join the hospital why did she do so. She tells him why he thinks everything revolves around him and she should do what he says. She says to him that she won’t dance to the song he requested and she will join the hospital as some patients need her help too. She says to him that she will come to hospital for work as he does and their paths will remain different.
He asks her what should he do of her voice, he gets pulled to it. She says to him to accept the truth as Arohi is with him. She says that both of them have made decisions, and have to live with them.
Akshu says to Abhimanyu that they should act to be normal for the family’s sake. He says he is completely normal and twirls Akshu, he asks her what is normal. He says to her that he’ll show her what’s normal. Arohi enters the office. He says to Arohi to not misunderstand the situation as they were talking about being normal. Arohi says that’s perfect if they are normal everything will be fine. Akshu leaves saying that they might be busy.
Manish sits in the garden alone drinking tea. Kairav comes to get papers related to business. He says to him that the family needs him and how long he will be upset. Manish says he is trying to do the right thing and that’s why he said yes for Arohi’s wedding. He asks why did Akshu join the Birla hospital. Kairav says that he is not sure why she joined the hospital but he is sure that she joined for some solid reason.
At the hospital, Harshwardhan tells Mahima and Anand that they have got a big opportunity as a minister has chosen their hospital for his surgery, he tells them the date of the surgery is the same as the wedding date. Meanwhile, Manish gives Akhilesh the surety that together they will arrange everything for Arohi’s wedding. Arohi informs the family that Manjuri with Abhimanyu and the wedding planner are coming to their house to discuss the wedding preparations. Akshu tries to leave before Abhimanyu’s arrival, but he stops her from going and says the normal thing to do is she joins them.
Upcoming- Both the families reach the temple for some rituals in heavy raining. Arohi arrives and Mahima asks her where Abhimanyu and Akshu are. Akshu holds something in her hand because of which she loses her umbrella. Abhimanyu brings a plastic bag to hide her from the rain and they get close.
